Teebest82: As much as i agreed with no 9,i'll still say the more friends you are having the more lively facebook will be to you....even if you are having 30friends on facebook,it's not all of them that will be that active
Although, I also don't subscribe to amassing friends on Facebook, I agree with this point absolutely. If you don't have too many friends that are active, your account will always be boring.

When some guys created threads recently asking people to rate their pix, some of you guys criticized them saying they are jobless, childish e.t.c. Now, what is the difference between what they did and what some of you are doing right now? angry
PhonesRe: What You Need To Know About Mobile Number-Portability by 3ace(m): 9:58pm On Apr 24, 2013
I envisage people getting angry after hanging up as a result of this development. Imagine you calling a family and friends MTN number thinking you will be charged N6 per minute but unknown to you, the owner of that line has ported to ETISALAT. Omo, no be small thing o. grin

lorretta u: Depression is a powerful mental condition.it can certainly lead to this.don't underestimate the condition.if u have anyone suffering from deprssion, hurry and help them.if they don't want to go visit a shrink, bundle them in a car and drop them there.
I'm saying this coS I've experienced it before.anD then drinking poison seemed like a wonderrful idea.I was fantasizing taking a handful of sleeping pills.
Well all said and done,God saved me.plus. Joyce meyers inspirational books.bewarned.don't let ur loved one die on u.
Thank God you didn't perfect your fantasy but could you please share with us what made you consider suicide? I still can't fathom why someone would consider taking his/her life. Haven't they heard about the popular saying "when there's life, there's hope" or they just don't believe in it. Once you are dead, that's the end. There's no second chance again.

When you are successful, people praise you, associate with you and consolidate your self-esteem. But when you're poverty-stricken, they despise you making you feel worthless. Once you understand that this is how humans are, a sensible man will just handle their degrading treatment with maturity and move on. Their derogatory remarks should spur you to work harder and not to consider suicide.

To the case at hand, I concur to the police submission that an autopsy report is necessary to begin investigation. An homicide is possible here. Forget the depression story; that boy could have been poisoned and physically injured to make it look as if he stabbed himself. I mean how would he have done that to himself without screaming? The police are more experienced in this so they know what they are doing. Whatever the cause was, may the poor boy Rest in peace.

AutosRe: THREE Unit Of Used Toyota Corolla 2005 Model For 950k Each by 3ace(m): 4:56am On Oct 17, 2012
Perhaps you should try creating one thread for each car. This thread does not do justice to these cars in terms of "proper display". Moreover, displaying six registered cars of same model at once is somewhat scary.

AutosRe: Make Sure You Inspect Vehicles Before You Buy Them by 3ace(m): 10:36pm On May 23, 2012
Africaine: damola decieved the buyer, the buyer has no fault except for trusting that people still had intergrity, and am very sure he wouldnt have paid if inspired didnt put in a word about the history of the vehicle, besides imspired was innocently talking about the history before it arrived america.

the seller is fraudlent and should be banned from selling or advertising any type of vehicle be it personal or otherwise,he should return the alhaji 2million in full with no conditions attached,go and pick ur vehicle and stop talking trash about waiting till its sold before u refund the buyers money, fraudster!!!

alhaji, dont even try to do anything again, just let him pick his dead beat of a car, collect ur money, lick ur wounds and move on,stop trying to be too nice, except ur a billionaire or sumtin...and 2million is chicken feed!!!

damola the fraudster,shame on you
Madam Africana, similar comments like yours graced the early pages of this thread when this controversy was still hot. I'm sorry, such is absolutely needless at this point in time. I don't think Alhaji will even read your post twice given the fact that his fair compromise to Damola has been accepted and receiving applause from us all. So please, let them be. What we should be doing right now is to encourage them to stick to their promises and end this peacefully.

I'm not going to insult anybody but one positive thing about this whole issue is that Damola values his reputation making this resolution easier. I strongly believe that they'll work it out.
AutosRe: Make Sure You Inspect Vehicles Before You Buy Them by 3ace(m): 10:13am On May 22, 2012
I have been following this thread ever before the title was changed. So interesting; it's like I'm watching a moviegrin

Seriously, I'm impressed that this dispute is gradually reaching a peaceful end particularly without the intervention of lawyers and police. Like I said before, this development and other unfortunate cases on Nairaland will not deter me from patronising this forum. All I need to do is follow the rules of vehicle purchase. Alhaji, Damola, keep the update coming. We're waiting.

RomanceRe: Why Do Men Hate The Idea Of Their Wife Or Girlfriend Having Male Friends? by 3ace(m): 10:16pm On May 19, 2012
tiniyata: Do women allow their own husbands have female friends too? Stupid thread from a cond0m head OP
Exactly what I was thinking right from the first page. This thread is subjective. Some females don't like it too. I may be wrong but I think those who appear to be comfortable with it are only managing it out of maturity which is the best thing to do. Really, it is natural to feel this way towards those you have romantic feelings for but the way you handle it matters.

deda: @ACID TALK. I POSTED THIS SAME TOPIC ON 8TH MAY 2012(SEE LINK https://www.nairaland.com/932950/ur-xperience-after-buyin-reg). SO Y U STEAL MY TOPIC? NEXT TIME WEN U ONE USE ANOTHER MAN TOPIC TRY TO SEEK FOR PERMISSION OR ELSE I GO SUE U FOR COPY RIGHT INFRINGEMENT.

MODERATOR PLS TAKE NOTE
Oga deda, on behalf of Acid, abeg no vex. But u no do wetin acid do na. Acid always came back to do follow-up posts in order to encourage people to develop his thread. He even went to Alhaji's thread and persuaded him to re-post his experience on his thread which originally was yours no doubt(scroll up and see Lekky 2's post). I think Acid helped you develop a thread that will contain more information and be beneficial to all. For this reason, you should appreciate him for that. This is my judgment, I rise-COURT! gringringringringrin

famzynet: Thank you so much Acidtalk for this post.Just got to know abt Alhaji lekki predicament thru here. I'm abt buying my first car and always peruse thru nairaland for a good buy. But I think you just opened my eyes to seek somewhere else. Thank u my brother for I don't want this hard earned money to go down the drain.
Even though I've also gone through those stories involving Alhaji and Damola, I'm still going to buy a car right here on Nairaland. Think about it, do you really think that you can't be deceived if you consider other means of purchase? I enjoy window shopping numerous cars from the comfort of my office and home. If I had to do that offline, that will be extremely stressful. I have this philosophy that there are only good people and bad people. No race or ethnic group is absolutely good and bad. In thesame vein, Nairaland dealers and private sellers are not absolutely bad. There are still some trustworthy ones amongst them.(for your information, I'm not a dealer)

Please, I'm not saying you should compulsorily buy from Nairaland but wherever you choose to buy from, make sure you go with a reliable and competent mechanic at least. You can also equip yourself with what to look out for when buying a used car or tokunbo. Above all, shine ya eyessssss....My candid opinion.

Martini101: Op. Nice topic. This is still on the Ist page since January! If it were "Share Your Sexiest, Craziest, Funniest Or Unforgettable Experience", the thing go reach 20pages within d twinkle of an eye!! Which way guys?
This particular thread requires no one to respond except you just want to commend the poster. He only passed an info. which he felt will be useful to everybody. The other one expects you to share an experience in the past so you should expect it to hit 20 pages in a few days.

I'm more comfortable keeping my keys in my pocket or bag. I found myself always going back to the bank to pick up my keys. While tying to fill the deposit slip, I drop and forget it on the counter.
