That's why it's always good to leave a good legacy and put the family's reputation above self-interest. If not for this picture, I didn't even know he had a daughter. She knows the best way for her to live peacefully considering her father's deed is a low-key life. She dares not go on Facebook or Twitter and pass comments on public issues; guys go chop am raw. |

This is really tragic. This is why I hate houses closer to a gas station. It's not safe at all and I may never take refuge in a gas station or close to it again. People need to take safety measures seriously in Africa. May God protect us all. 2 Likes |

DropShot:The support Fashola gave him was not from his heart considering the fact that he also had his own candidate. He had no choice because Ambode was Tinubu's choice. Tinubu had to make all aggrieved parties realize in a meeting before the primaries that it was Ambode's turn to become the governor because of his many contributions to the then AC party. I'm emotionally touched by the last picture. But according to this story, who are we to blame here? Is it the negligence of the management of the filling station or the careless smoker. Except the the smoker was very close to the filling station(in which case he should have known that igniting a match stick was dangerous) and was aware of leaking petrol oozing around where he was standing with the odour, the real "agent of Satan" here is the management for their poor safety measures. |

I hope that house is built in a secluded area like that of Wole Soyinka otherwise, he'll be disturbing his neighbours with the strong breeze and sound created by the helicopter's blades and engine. It's really a good feeling to know that you can just move from your house to any destination at a specified time without the fear of traffic congestion associated with a vehicle. Chai! BackDatAssUp:If only Doyin Okupe was not hasty about his remark of the APC crumbling like a pack of cards within one year after their merger, his wish would have come to pass. In his words "a party full of individuals with different ideologies and interest can never be united". This statement was what spurred the APC on to make sure they confute him and others who might have been nursing same thought. Now that the elections are over and the essence of their merger is achieved, this appears to be the time for everyone of them to show their true colour and prove Doyin right. Strong man indeed but there's no way he could have lifted 7 bags of cement with a rope held with both hands just below his knee. He will need a firm grip of a hard container to lift such weight and not a rope. What I think happened here is that he held the rope firmly having wrapped it around his two hands, and asked his colleagues to load the bags of cement one by one depending on how long he could hold on.
