Hungry thieves!
They should be made to face the law.

They are in their respective cells!

This is hard to believe but is the simply the truth.
i had to rush to the scene of the incident to get the news for myself, it stuck my imagination that people can go to any limit to achieve their aim if they believe in themselves.

This happened in Rivers state, a place popularly called curve in Oyigbo local government area.

The Thieves had dogged a pit like a small tunnel closed to the Kiosks (a container) where an Efik woman, the owner of the shop sold groceries for a living.
They created a channel through the dirt in which they transported the goods from the poor woman's kiosks, they stole frozen chickens, tins of tomatoes, some food stuffs and poured kerosene on the the food stuffs they could not carry.

After they had succeeded in robbing the shop, the police was called for investigation and luckily for them after few days of investigation they caught the petty thieves, they where caught in their homes where they kept the stolen goods.

The police found Lot's of chickens in their soup, lots of food stuffs in their kitchen and found some stuffs hidden in a farm, they were said to be four thieves after which one escaped leaving three thieves who were then arrested by mobile police.
It was rumored that the owner of the shop had visited her hometown where she saw the faces of those who stole from her (jj), it helped quicken the investigations because the suspects where residents of the area and where very known people.

Before our arrival the dogged pit had been closed.
