What part of the brain act as the RECEIVER?

The brain is one of the most complex things in the universe. I'm no expert in neurology so I cannot tell you the part of the brain that is the RECEIVER. However, with my junior secondary school primary science I can name the sensory neurons as the RECEIVER while the motor neurons are the transmitters. This is subject to verification as I'm not sure.

This doesn't in any way refute the fact that dreams are nothing but brain activities. Attaching superstitious beliefs to our brain activities doesn't prove god/gods exist. It's okay if we are wowed by the complexities of the universe. But these complexities are the pointers that god/gods don't exist. I still stand by my claim that native doctors, prophets and inventors have the same category of brain development.
