I think the general assumption here is that the poster is male, but dont forget that the poster could also be a woman and her boss is making lesbian advances towards her, either way, the poster has to realise that if he/she gives in, it will not be a one time affair, and The boss lady will continue to abuse the situation and use it to her advantage.
