I have said before ,this a sure stress free method of running this biz.
It is left for the owner to decide on when to start such system.For example
1,A factory owner may first establish a brand,then liberalise the marketing section.
2,Another may consider managing that section too stressful and so liberalise
3,Another for the sake of easier accounting
4,etc

That qty @ that price is a sign of stiffer competition.That does not make the biz less lucrative but if you want to be successful in lagos you must acquint yourself with wisdom and accurate knowledge and information.There are factors to consider that favours lagosians more than producers outside lagos.Some of these factors they take for granted.For example: some producers outside lagos pay as much as #30,000 per ton to transport their material.Whereas this could be zero expense for lagosians.So one has to think twice before cutting price outside lagos or risk closing down.Thing that will make you profit are subtle in nature like market proximity,qty of bags customer can buy.Rate of purchase of customer.Capacity of vehicle,how cheap to get good material etc.
