I haven't masturbated since this year. I made it my new year resolution never to do it

am a cronic addict it all started when I stormed on my two elder brothers watching porn in our sitting room I was only 10! since then the thought of porn always cme to my mind I will take there phones n check if I could see more porn videos cus they keep porn videos I started having sexual urge to the extent I almost sneak on my cousins at night to try the act I was only a kid I knw nothing about pleasure but ever since then I started practicing how to self-service my hard prick sometimes I dnt need to watch porn again to masturbate as my mind has been filled with lots of porn memories. I regret this devilsh act all my efforts and struggles to stop kept me coming back especially when am alone I have been masturbating for 10 years till now pls someone should help me
