did APC not do the same in 2015? have they resolved important issue affecting the country? why are they so much interested in senate president, it is not as if the seat will make PMB to perform. The worst is the half baked graduates we have in this country are supporting anything coming out from this old cargoes that are only there for their selfish interest.

Consider the bolded:

143. (1) The President or Vice-President may be removed from office in accordance with the provisions of this section.
(2) Whenever a notice of any allegation in writing signed by not less than one-third of the members of the National Assembly-
(3) A motion of the National Assembly that the allegation be investigated shall not be declared as having been passed, unless it is supported by the votes of not less than two-thirds majority of all the members of each House of the National Assembly.
(4) Where the report of the Panel is that the allegation against the holder of the office has been proved, then within fourteen days of the receipt of the report at the House the National Assembly shall consider the report, and if by a resolution of each House of the National Assembly supported by not less than two-thirds majority of all its members, the report of the Panel is adopted, then the holder of the office shall stand removed from office as from the date of the adoption of the report.

You guys should be careful of this table you are shaking because it can also affect Buhari and the future Presidents of the nation. Anyone that bends to look at another man's anus unknowingly exposes his own to others. Don't support illegality no matter how corrupt Saraki is. The rule of law must be respected. The rule of law is what differentiates us from animals. Two wrongs will never make a right.

See a hypocritical question! Why would a senator from the minor party insist on remaining the senate President? Why couldn't he be honourable enough to follow Akpabio's footsteps? Why would he want to hold on to the seat he doesn't deserve?

And yes, the seat and whoever is sitting on it goes a long way to determine the achievements of Mr president. Saraki had done enough damage even as a member of APC and as senate President not to talk of him becoming an opposition member. We don't want a senate President who will be holding our president to ransom, enough is enough. Presidency should ensure that peace is over in that chamber as long as he insists on remaining the senate President. No more blackmailing, no more holding for ransom.

The hallowed chambers is a place of honour and integrity especially for one who claims to be the president of the senate.

Once be begins to tow a path of dishonour he then ruins the reputation of the house and as a mark of honour, the moment he moved over to the minority, he is meant to step down.

He was hoping to defect with 30 to make PDP the majority but it failed and since that failed, he expected to step aside.
