YOU CAN BLOW ALL YOUR LONG GRAMMAR BUT GO TO NORTH AMERICA, EUROPE, AUSTRALIA, ASIA EXCLUDING ARAB COUNTRIES , PORK IS THEIR NUMBER ONE MEAT, I'M WONDERING WHY THEY HAVE NOT ALL DIED .

Propene:
PROBLEMS WITH PORK

1) A pig is a real garbage gut. It will eat anything including urine, excrement, dirt, decaying animal flesh, maggots, or decaying vegetables. They will even eat the cancerous growths off other pigs or animals.

2) The meat and fat of a pig absorbs toxins like a sponge. Their meat can be 30 times more toxic than beef or venison.

3) When eating beef or venison, it takes 8 to 9 hours to digest the meat so what little toxins are in the meat are slowly put into our system and can be filtered by the liver. But when pork is eaten, it takes only 4 hours to digest the meat. We thus get a much higher level of toxins within a shorter time.

4) Unlike other mammals, a pig does not sweat or perspire. Perspiration is a means by which toxins are removed from the body. Since a pig does not sweat, the toxins remain within its body and in the meat.

5) Pigs and swine are so poisonous that you can hardly kill them with strychnine or other poisons.

6) Farmers will often pen up pigs within a rattlesnake nest because the pigs will eat the snakes, and if bitten they will not be harmed by the venom.

7) When a pig is butchered, worms and insects take to its flesh sooner and faster than to other animal's flesh. In a few days the swine flesh is full of worms.

Swine and pigs have over a dozen parasites within them, such as tapeworms, flukes, worms, and trichinae. There is no safe temperature at which pork can be cooked to ensure that all these parasites, their cysts, and eggs will be killed.

9) Pig meat has twice as much fat as beef. A 3 oz T bone steak contains 8.5 grams of fat; a 3 oz pork chop contains 18 grams of fat. A 3 oz beef rib has 11.1 grams of fat; a 3 oz pork spare rib has 23.2 grams of fat.

10) Cows have a complex digestive system, having four stomachs. It thus takes over 24 hours to digest their vegetarian diet causing its food to be purified of toxins. In contrast, the swine's one stomach takes only about 4 hours to digest its foul diet, turning its toxic food into flesh.

11) The swine carries about 30 diseases which can be easily passed to humans. This is why God commanded that we are not even to touch their carcase (Leviticus 11:8 )

12) The trichinae worm of the swine is microscopically small, and once ingested can lodge itself in our intestines, muscles, spinal cord or the brain. This results in the disease trichinosis. The symptoms are sometimes lacking, but when present they are mistaken for other diseases, such as typhoid, arthritis, rheumatism, gastritis, MS, meningitis, gall bladder trouble, or acute alcoholism.

13) The pig is so poisonous and filthy, that nature had to prepare him a sewer line or canal running down each leg with an outlet in the bottom of the foot. Out of this hole oozes pus and filth his body cannot pass into its system fast enough. Some of this pus gets into the meat of the pig

are Christian allowed to eat pigs? pig is regarded as unclean animal. Jesus send demons into pig -

The demons begged Jesus, 'If you drive us out, send us into the herd of pigs.' He said to them, 'Go!' So they came out and went into the pigs, and the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the lake and died in the water.
-- Matthew 8:28-34.

The old testament also condemned eating pig

And the pig, because it has a cloven hoof that is completely split, but will not regurgitate its cud; it is unclean for you. You shall not eat of their flesh, and you shall not touch their carcasses; they are unclean for you.

You mean "Remember the sabbath day to keep it holy, 6 day you shall labour but the 7th day is the sabbath..."
Are you saying that sunday should not be the sabbath day?, I beg to differ. God did not specify the specific day whether sunday or saturday. We begin the week on monday, meaning we work from monday to the 6th day, which is saturday. Therefore the 7th day is sunday and should be the sabbath.

Thanks for being frank.

The point of disagreement, if I understood you clearly, is which day is the Sabbath day and not hallowing the day.

OK may I ask you now, which day is the first day of the week as referenced in Mathews 28:1?

The first day obviously should define the 7th and the day of rest and worship.

Pork is the most consumed meat on planet earth as of today. Why live in denial?? Test your myth and your age long believes. If you dnt have time to test it ,look for research on the internet. Let us be aware, get educated. Yes, some pigs might be infected just like some cattle, goat, chicken and even humans. Modern pig farming like we practice, house pigs in a clean hygienic environment and they are fed adequate ration that will make them grow more flesh and not fat. If you feed goat thrash it will be fatty. Fact even has it that goat in the real sense is more fatty than pigs. Pigs also rank very high in intelligence, going biblical, Christ has made all things beautiful,, not what goes inside defiles you but your theft, fornication, adultery, back biting, etc.... One love.

Christians profess to be such devout followers of Jesus (Yashua), but they eat pork when Jesus (Yashua) NEVER did this. Remember in Mark 5 : 13 Jesus (Yashua) was the one who cast the devil into the swine. They use this saying "It's not what goes into a person, it's what comes out" to say they can eat pork. El's Holy Torah (known as the old testament) in Leviticus 11 : 7, 8 "And the swine, because it parts the hoof and is cloven-footed but does not chew the cud, is unclean to you.

8: Of their flesh you shall not eat, and their carcasses you shall not touch; they are unclean to you." This was a Law and nothing changes. Don't try and tell us that the book of Acts has made the consumption of pork lawful, because you want to justify the eating of pork. First of all the book of Acts was written by Luke and not a divinely inspired scripture, so it has little or no validity. In addition, Jesus (Yashua), said that "Not one jot or tittle" of the law would change. The book of Leviticus received by Moses contains the original laws.

Matthew 5 : 18
" For truly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the law until all be fullfilled".
You're the idiotic hypocrite for generalising.

Now if Jesus (Yashua) said the law could not change, then why are you "Christians" still eating pork?

Eating pork is a concept of the 13th self Acclaimed Apostle Paul, the liar, himself admitted that he was changing the law. Romans 3 : 7 "For if the truth of God hath more abounded through my lie unto his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner?"

So Christians stop being hypocrites, you know that the law has not changed, besides you know little or nothing about
the filthy animal that you love to eat.

Whilst personal choice of whether to eat or not to eat pork is respected and the reasons too, one should not bring Christianity to the matter. We sit in Africa and like to claim to being the most righteous people not only in Africa but the world. We do so because we are often lazy to apply hard work, science and factual based reasoning to the challenges we face as a country and it shows in the development and prosperity of Nigeria and its citizens. Some in Nigeria shun western education but won't mind enjoying the technological benefits of western education such as flying planes to religious gatherings, using cars. weaponry etc. Some religious Nigerians are quick to quote the bible at every turn but practice the total opposite, judging others like they are perfect, behind close doors they sleep with house maids, wives torture and abuse house maids, treat the vulnerable like scum then come and start mouthing off religion. They don't even treat fellow human beings right then they have the gall to talk about animal welfare and what bible or Koran said they should eat or not eat. What about what these religious books say about how we should treat others, HOLD YOURSELVES ACCOUNTABLE FOR THAT FIRST before you start judging others and making claims that the books said this or that about pigs, goats cows etc.

China, THE USA, UK, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Singapore, Vietnam, Russia and many other countries that brought Christianity to Africa/Nigeria all eat pork. These are advanced countries whose citizens have a quality of life that Nigerians yearn for. How many of you on Nairaland would love to emigrate to these countries and why? I bet most, But just in case you don't know it means you want to go to a country that eats pork, that is tolerant about personal choices including being gay, you want to move to a country that does not bible bash, does not judge what people wear or how they dress or talk. These countries do not display the abhorrent ''I am better than you, or my tribe is better than yours'' to they fellow country men. You want to move to a country that believes in science and backing up things with scientific facts than overly relying on religious books mostly written by men for EVERYTHING, Yes the books are sacred and are a great guidance to our lives but sometimes science shows that we often interpret the writings in these sacred books wrong.

So given the opportunity to emigrate to these countries for what i presume is a better life we then will start preaching to your new country the things that you practice in Nigeria, practices that have held Nigeria back and made you move to their country. A lot of you guys are lazy, crazy and ignorant beings .

Well back to pigs as I said they eat them in the most developed countries on earth in bulk, they are not dying for all the reasons you mentioned, God has not punished them, they are not cursed, THEIR DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR CITIES ARE NOT BEING HINDERED BY EATING PIGS, They are not wanting to leave their countries to move to Nigeria or any non pork eating country for that matter. They are doing just fine

For the enlightened in the house Jessam farms is a proud producer of quality livestock including pigs, we are based in Enugu, Feel free to place your orders.

kosher animals

Any animal that has a cloven hoof that is completely split into double hooves, and which brings up its cud that one you may eat.
Animals that have cloven hooves and chew their cud are ruminants such as cows, sheep, and deer. —  Leviticus 11:3

And the pig, because it has a cloven hoof that is completely split, but will not regurgitate its cud; it is unclean for you. You shall not eat of their flesh, and you shall not touch their carcasses; they are unclean for you.
—  Leviticus 11:7–8

pig is not kosher. Pigs are described in this section as prohibited because they have a cloven hoof but don't chew their cud. And the pig, because it has a cloven hoof that is completely split, but will not regurgitate its cud; it is unclean for you.

This text does not specify every possible animal by name, only their behaviors.

The text goes on to describe specific animals that are known and meet one, but not both, of those qualifications, thereby prohibiting their consumption. It does not elaborate on the exact reason for prohibition other than physical characteristics.

Pigs are described in this section as prohibited because they have a cloven hoof but don't chew their cud.

If the white man who forced their religion on my ancestors eat pork as part of their daily breakfast then who am I to act otherwise?

The old testament called pork unclean because people at the time could not clean it proper enough to avoid catching tapeworms and similar infections.
The new testament had Jesus change the status of pork to one Christians could consume.
Science has quickly made pork a delicacy, many ways exist to clean any form of impurity present in the meat.

Africans should stay trying to act holier than the white man, those people long ago did away with stories and fables from a time where flight was thought of as impossible. I would like to see what the Bible says concerning my Twitter use, wait, the internet was an undreamt of concept at the time.
