my bro/sis, I can relate your frustration about this, we are both in same shoes, have written 3 times now with L-7.5 in all attempts (the only issue in all attempts) . i didnt bother posting my last result cox its just same as others. have not crossed this hurdle but believe me, we'll both cross it.. feed your faith in the next attempt and completely starve your fears... have decided not to post my result anymore because am coming soon to declare the glory of God over IELTS. hang in there, it will surely end in praise

I would like to find out your opinions on this suggestion that was given to me: I am somewhat concerned about the legality of it and would not like to involve myself in anything shady so your opinions would go a long way please!
Considering my birthday upcoming in a few weeks, I have been advised to set up my profile with an un accompanying spouse and after ITA receipt and the spouse has written his IELTS change him to accompanying spouse. This sounds a bit fraudulent to me...what do you think please?

Secondly, now my spouse had previously evaluated his pgd from a uk university with wes...it returned as pgd (one semester). At the time it didn't matter to us as we had enough points but as situation has changed now, would it be a good idea to try to evaluate it with ICES?

Yea , it is.

I did my medical on 29th Oct, entered pool on 1st Nov and Got ITA today.

But you have to consider the risk of early medicals as well and do it when you are sure to get an ITA in the next draw or in the nearest future

You are supposed to land before your medicals or your passport expires ( whichever that comes first)

Validity of medical is 1Yr

Please I have two questions

1. I did my medicals on 6th November, 2018 and I have not received any feedback from the hospital. Can I assume everything is fine?
2. In filing the application, there is a question " Has this person ever used any name? I changed my name many years ago but the name change did not reflect on any of my certificates from secondary school only my birth certificate and primary school certificate?

what do I do in this instance please? thanks
