RomanceRe: Females On Average Usually Have Higher Body Counts Than Males by 4mee: 7:22am On Jan 04, 2024
That's true. Technology has made it easy to sell sxx without standing by the roadside. Online chats, online taxis and mobile money transfer have made sex for money seamless.

Also, according to a video I saw yesterday on nairaland, more undergraduate females are now involved in hookups for money than ever.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6v-PXdeL2tc

Quite eye opening and scary.

Tunde835:
I've come to notice from the university environment and beyond. It's easier for a woman to find someone to sleep with them than males. When some students are resuming to school they usually get a talk to not forget themselves or where they came from which the females usually throw under the bus or forget. If you look closer you'll realize that females commit more sins but hide them. As a guy you find it harder to get into parties as sometimes it might be free for females with friends but for guys they have to pay. All these alcohol and sex are usually more accessible to females.

It is dangerous the warning signs of impending betrayal. You have to pay attention to the habits of anyone who will be your partner on a long journey.

You can forgive her , but if you marry an adulterous woman, you'll never be sure if your children are yours
RomanceRe: Is It Possible For A Lady To Be Disvirgined Without Bleeding? by 4mee: 7:09am On Jan 04, 2024
Chillext:
There is this lady that is presently having issues with her newly wedded husband
She claimed she was a virgin before marriage

It took 3 attempts before the husband could penetrate her. The third attempt was successful, but the lady did not bleed.

The husband confirmed the difficulty in penetrating her, but still confused on how possible it is for her not to have bled

So Doctors/Nurses!or to whom it may concern, is it possible for a lady to be disvirgined without bleeding?

CareerRe: Should I Quit My 30k Job Or Continue And Hope For A Better Days by 4mee: 10:51am On Jan 03, 2024
Dear OP,

You're much more predictable than you think. Your story seems to be a plea for a new job rather than advice. I think you want your request for advice to teach the front page so that you can field job offers.

If that's your intention, I can hardly fault your motives. But your strategy is missing a key ingredient: value.

In your write-up, all you've stated is what you're looking for. So far, it seems the only value ( that you offer your current employer ) is worth 30K.

You're yet to articulate the value anyone would benefit from you when they hire you. Can you bring in revenues worth ten times your expected salary? Do you have skills that can translate into cost savings worth ten times your wages?

Why would any organisation want to hire you? I'll be honest, from my personal experience, most of my HR problems have stemmed from hiring men in their mid thirties who have degrees, not skilled and yet too old to follow instructions from bosses younger than them.

So here's my advice:

First, don't be quick to leave your current job. If you have time, I'll advice you to listen to this conversation about a contract banker earning 70K who quit his job. Learn from his experience what not to do.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-z8Z4dvgE80

Second, what tangible income-earning, revenue-driving, and/or cost savings skills can you acquire in your current job. I came across this conversation aimed at recent graduates on nairaland. If you can patiently listen beyond the first 7-10 minutes, it should provide advice that is relevant to your job situation.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7GHXkCsJ2fc

Third, if you're an engineer, you should be going to conferences: engineering, energy, power, infrastructure and building conferences. That's where you will find new opportunities and meet employers in emerging engineering fields.
Again, here's a video to show how that process could look like.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=68lHaOu2bzc

I know things might seem hard at the moment, but I really wish you the best and hope that things work out well for you.

Cheers.

aysnoopy:
Despite my writing limitations, I hope you'll overlook any errors and focus on my message. I completed my civil engineering studies and finished my service year in November 2016. I'm based in Ibadan.

In February 2018, I secured a connection with the zonal director of a federal government agency, leading to a casual staff position with a monthly stipend of 20k. The initial plan was to gain an advantage for future employment opportunities. By around 2020, the salary increased to 30k.

After three years with the agency, I learned about an upcoming recruitment in 2021. Despite seeking assistance from my boss, the zonal director, she didn't provide the support promised. Although I continued working and searching for other jobs, success eluded me.

In November 2022, my boss retired, and the new zonal director pledged support for my education, leading to my admission into a HND to B.Eng conversion program at KWASU. The sponsorship continued under another new director, but my concern persists due to the stagnant 30k salary, supplemented irregularly with site visit stipends.

Now faced with the decision to quit, I ponder whether to risk unemployment and search for a better opportunity or endure the current job's limitations, considering my advancing age. Despite ongoing self-improvement efforts and learning civil engineering software, I seek advice on whether to pursue a new job or maintain my current position during the B.Eng program.

Love800:
What do u mean by "but unless you are in a high foot traffic region, i would advise against opening a bakery".

And, which baking are they using to japa?
Is it eggroll and doughnuts u want to go bake abroad?
Eggroll and doughnuts are not baked goods. They are fried. Anyone can learn to prepare them in an afternoon. And I'm.not speaking about petty baking of agege bread either.

In the few wealthy neighborhoods close to mine, baked goods stores keep looking for bakers. If you were here, you will see the level of technical skill needed for industrial pastries, cookies, and chocolates. You need to have folks operating enobling and mixing machines, industrial lines etc.

About high foot traffic region
Food depends on foot traffic. That's why restaurants do better closer to carparks, bus stops and ferry terminals.

A bag of floor now is 49k. How do u intend one survive with baking?
He's spot on with learning how to bake. Almost all malls in my neighborhood need bakers who can operate the bakery equipment.

But unless you're in a high foot traffic region, I would advice against opening a bakery. However, if you're looking for a job in a bakery, there are multiple openings : grocery bazaar, ShopRite, Grand square, just rite and jendol are all looking for bakers. It seems most of the bakery staff easily Japa to bakeries in Europe.

I would advice you to apply for as many jobs as possible, preferably jobs that will allow you to acquire transferable skills. Don't limit yourself to the field you studied.

If a job requires communications, sales, administration, and even social media marketing, please ensure you send in an application. If you have time, I would suggest you also learn how to bake (bread, pastries and cakes). This will get you into grocery chains, and most malls/food courts are in dire need of bakers. It's a practical skill that can set you up to become a.food entrepreneur.

I would recommend two advisory resources: try and listen to the conversation below: the greatest years of your life .

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7GHXkCsJ2fc

If you can listen beyond the first 7-10 minutes, you'll hear these guys discuss strategies that are useful for someone in your shoes. Pay close attention to their analogy of "learning baking skills and transferring it to a bigger grocer".

If you decide that you'd rather start out your own business, I'd advice you also listen to everyday businesspeople and entrepreneurs just like you in Nigeria.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9VLU2yNv2f0

In this convo: crazy hustle stories, They discuss how they got their ideas, got referrals, paying customers, managed their social media and secured loans to expand their businesses.

Blacklion3:
Hello kings, I need advice from men who are business inclined or men who have an idea, first hand experience or anything kind of input will be beneficial.

In school, my friend started a POS shop, where he also sells other accessories like chargers, headphones, earpiece and he also charges phones in his shop. He's a student just like me but a level higher. He employed someone who works for him in the shop, but always supersede everything that goes on in the shop.

Before this holidays, my friend had a man to man conversation with me, that he wanted me start up something for myself because he wants me to grow as he's also growing. (Because I'm always broke in school and I sometimes borrow money from him to survive) He suggested that I should use the platform already existing (Front of his shop and also the advantage of the customers that he already has) to start up my own business.

He suggested SIM card registration and told me to make research about the business, make some savings and he is also willing to give out a little loan to support me. Right now, I do not have the capital to start and I'm also a bit skeptical on how rewarding SIM card registration will be or any rewarding business I can start with budget of 50k. (Registering Opay ATM's and sales of Female shoes is out of it because he wishes to start up the formal for himself and latter for his woman)

I need advice please.
you need to be sure that you can attract new customers in that location you're thinking of setting up in.

RomanceRe: Secret Places You Can Meet Plenty Single, High Earning Men. by 4mee: 8:11pm On Dec 24, 2023
Dimaya:
This year is coming to an end, and if you're yet to find a husband, here's some advice to change where you're looking. In today's relationship market, you frequently hear women lamenting that they don't know where to men who are financially stable to marry.

Well, I have an answer:

If you're looking for a responsible man, attend conferences and exhibitions. You're likely to meet men who are well employed at real estate conventions, energy conferences and oil& gas exhibitions.

For example, In September this year, I was at this energy conference with my colleagues and noticed a lot of single, working men as you can see from this video about the event. See if you can count the number of women who showed up for the three day event. Very few.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=68lHaOu2bzc

I overheard two women at the conference remark that this was a rich pool of employed, high earning industry men. Most of them are so busy with work that the only places they could meet women was at such events.

One of my female colleagues must have also overheard their convo too because she ended up exchanging numbers and going on dates with three men from the conference.

So, if you're single and looking for love, make sure you search for industry events to attend in 2024. That's the conference industry's best kept secret.

Where else do you know one can meet single, high earning men?

RomanceRe: How To Know If A Man Plans To Marry You by 4mee: 8:11pm On Dec 24, 2023
Dimaya:
How do you know if a man is wasting your time or if he intends to marry you?

Since the time when romantic relationships began, women have sought after clues and signs from potential husbands. It was way much easier in the past, when suitors declared their intentions to the lady and her parents. Then a man could just walk right into a maiden family house in the village and be like:

“ I found a Beautiful flower and I would love to pluck it”

With the lady accepting to the proposal, the parents consenting to it, a date will be fixed for the wedding and that’s just it .

Over the years, emotions and intentions of both men and women have grown a bit dubious, and it’s silly for two grown people not to be open and forthright about their intentions towards one another.

According to Rohan sinha, BBA in 18th August 2023, she stated below signs a every lady in a relationship should look out for:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BPxKN0rk32s

1. He introduces you to his family
2. he is consistent
3. he supports you through difficult situations
4. he asks about your plans for the future
5. he doesn’t show interest in other women
6. he frequently use “WE“ and not “ME”
7. he discusses long-term plans with you.

So men, what can a girl do to know if her boyfriend plans to marry her?

story o, story oooh

men know who they want to marry. If you like, move into his house and act like an housegirl, he will marry who he wants
CareerRe: Why "Follow Your Passion Is Dangerous Advice. by 4mee: 8:32pm On Sep 09, 2023
TheDarkporeShow:
A few weeks ago, there was a post where a banker quit his 70K job to go start a car wash and then began starving because the carwash paid him N500 daily (N15K monthly).

Ever since, we've been pondering what he could have done differently. So we put pen to paper to write down people who started businesses about a decade ago. Only one person out of 25 is still running his business. everyone has either packed up and run back to a job or japaed. Even several of the motivational speakers in the past like a popular pastor and fela durotoye have left the space.

In this conversation below about that banker's story, everyday folks, bankers, architects and veteran businessmen debunk several ideas about following your passion. They explain what you need to put in place before quitting your job to start that business, , how you should manage the expectations of family members about your success, why you need to have support systems in place and how to start out.
