1.use your file explorer to go to e/ and begin delete it manually(everything include system folder).
2.After switch off and on again now format it properly.
or
follow step 2 only.My 2Gb always do like that whenever i want to format it.this response i got (memory card in use or memory card corrupted) so i used 1&2 or only 2 atimes.

1.sorry for late response due to viewing your post on this thread.
2.To remove carib virus you have two options
Option 1
Hard format your phone memory and soft format your MMC.or
Option 2
Mcafee anti virus will surely remove it.but make sure you to uninstal any anti virus you have.

you don't have any virus on phone.It is just setting problem.

go to scan>setting>show RTP icon
set it to only in menu or off.
Hope realplayer fullscreen problem will be solved.Let me know if works because i have same problem before that is what i did and it solved.
