If What you mean that the training will be free then I will recommend you use an autoresponder like Mailchimp and create a landing page where you will drop few details and tell them to join your group by clicking a button which will automatically take them to the group.

Use conversion campaign and you are good to go.

I have not try Twitter ad but you should try using Access or FCMB master card.
