Go back to the law, read again and understand the law. There are positions that the law made compulsory for every region which is the Federal ministers and Ambassadors so they will definitely get that. South easterners shouldn't be making demands, rather they should lobby. You don't make demands when you haven't done any thing for someone. Take note.
