Just like there’s plenty of confused Enuani Igbos who deny it there’s plenty of Okun Yorubas who choose to self-identify as Okun first and foremost. Take it easy with yourself. You don’t need to have a heart attack over that fact.

Okun Yoruba people is the term generally used to describe groups of Yoruba-speaking communities in Kogi state, North-central Nigeria. Just like we have Egbas, Igbominas, Ekitis, Ondos etc. We are not confused like those Enuani Igbos and we have never denied our Yoruba origin.
