When my guy found out that I cheated on him, he was furious. I summon courage and asked him how did he come up with the sex tape but that he would not answer to. He left that moment and I start feeling that he knows something about the tape and wants to blackmail.

He showed up one day at my hostel and threaten to leak the tape online. I begged him profusely not to do that but he said my plea and tears are waste of time. 1. Tell your parents.
Certainly a tough one but they are your closest nit and this is where the shame may come from the most.

2. Get a lawyer.
If no money as u said, try a Human Right Advocacy Group

3. Report the criminality of the perpetrator(s) to the Police for investigation. The Lawyer / Human Rights Group should help you do this for greater effect. If you (through your lawyer/Rights Group) can get squeeze the rapist and his cohorts enough, that tape will surfface for the next necessary action(s).
N.B: Your BF will be arrested as well, he is now an 'accessory after the fact' of the case (that's if he wasn't aware before the act).

4. Sincerely repent of your sins - you need that peace of mind if nothing else.

5. Brace up for whatever side effects the above actions may attract but trust me, this is one of your very best options considering the circumstance.

The person you have an Issue with is the fellow who RAPED you and then RECORDED it.

Have HIM ARRESTED and BRUTALLY interrogated. He will confess when he's decisively dealt with.

The stupid mistake you made was not having the fellow who raped you arrested immediately. If not for the tape you wouldn't have bothered yourself. That's a careless way to live life.
