In 2012 under GEJ, the total debt was 48 billion, but by the time he left office n 2015, it was 63 billion

63-48=15billion

Under PMB

73-63 = 10

From 2012 - 2015, in less than 3 years GEJ accumulated more debt ($5 billion) than PMB's 4 years.

PMB's 4-year debt is $5 billion less than GEJ's 3-year debt.
