from blaming ihedioha to blaming inec. APC is just compromising state institution, just like the pdp , they will surely suffer the consequences of their wicked actions.

The supreme court was already compromised. They just needed a reason to bend the election results in favour of APC.
Yes, I agree.
The worst the supreme court should have done is to order a re-run

Re-run what? Have you asked yourself why INEC did not do any re-run based on their own assertions that the same election that produced the controversial results was irregular and not credible? Is this not the standard practice?

Of course, they let the election and the results stand, meaning in INEC's book, the election was normal and credible even though they could not defend and produce facts to justify their results before the supreme court,

Talk about trying to have it both was, but they caught because they obviously rigged on behalf of the defendant.

No matter how hard the supreme Court may try,the truth still remains that they Bleep up big time,ok the rules require that results should be cancelled at polling unit only, but if the supreme Court had carefully analysed their re computed results they would have seen that the results clearly showed gross over voting, ballot stuffing n rigging, with poor security at the polling unit it will be suicidal for any electoral officer at that level to cancel any result with devilish thugs threatening, the best the supreme Court should have done was to cancel the Imo elections in part or wholly but they had to satisfy the powers that be n so they had to source for this justification, now the supreme Court had only confirm that a politician should do whatever it takes to make sure that an election result is produce at the polling unit n such politician is good to go, I'm surprised that the supreme Court never mentioned anything concerning inec reason for the cancellation, the reason given by the supreme Court is just an after thought that doesn't hold any water, shame on them n their supporters.

Any sane mind will know 7 supreme court Justices can never be compromised at the same time. Agreed those results might have been forged but the onus of proof lies on the respondents. Like its said; He who allege must prove. The supreme court only worked with facts presented before her. Supreme court judges don't dwell on sentiments and emotions.
There is a very large section of Nairaland that are ignoramuses.

At your words in bold, THEN WHY DID INEC GO AHEAD TO DECLARE IHEDIOHA AS WINNER IF THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY CONNIVANCE WITH IHEDIOHA?

You see, this case shows that PDP connived with INEC to rig the elections but failed at the point of proof before the supreme court.

Clear cut and simple.

So even as those results clearly showed over voting, you don't think the supreme Court should have cancelled the results as a whole instead of declaring uzodima,is it right then that a fraudulent evidence should be tendered to support one's case n for the court to accept such?.

Absolutely none of the nonsense you wrote is the concern of the supreme court. This was not the appeal before it and if you had gone through the judgement you will see that you just spewed a ton of foolishness in one post.

The appeal was for the return of previously cancelled votes and not voter scrutiny or violence at the PUs or rigging.

If there was rigging or violence which caused INEC to cancel the results why was there no incidence form indicating the reason for cancellation presented before the Supreme court?

If there was one can you produce it for me to see?

INEC focused on the appeal before them from the lower court and Judgement was delivered accordingly and correctly. if you still wish to wail over it then go ahead and keep doing do but if you wish to see and read the full Judgement so your confusion can be cured. then visit this link

Op you are the most stupid and niccocompus ever existed. How can one person be punished for election that was keenly contested by over 70 participants if as INEC/ FG compromised as they did. How will all the unknown results from 388 go to APC and Uzodimma alone who even came fourth during the election. What happened for rerun as usual. Make I know just remember you now. I don't want to talk much.

Fake analysis.
It is not the duty of the court to accept any document presented by a plaintiff.
If such a principle is generally applied, society will collapse.
Imagine what thieves and fraudsters will gain if merely presenting a document to a court
automatically make it legit.

Imagine someone presented to the court a purported receipt to your phone claiming they own it.
Should the court give them the phone because they ask for it?

What if the only issuer of such receipts declares it to be fake?
Shouldn't that be sufficient?

What if the court discovers that the date on the presented receipt is fake, should
the court steal your phone and give it to the complainant?

What any sane, sensible person would have done when they discover that Uzodinma's
fake results actually makes the total votes greater than the accredited voters is to dismiss his case or
declare the election null and order a rerun.

Uzodimma presented "validly" stamped and signed result sheets for the over 300 poling units. I believe the justices of the supreme court reviewed the case file, and never found where counsel to INEC, PDP or Ihedioha objected to the result sheets so tendered, hence, agreeing and validating the results.

Election cancelation or not was not the case before the supreme court and you can not make up your own case and narratives to substitute the case that was filed and litigated before the SC.

Curb your emotions and read and comprehend the court case and the subsequent judgment.

Election petition case is the most difficult litigation a plaintiff can win. The Apex court setting aside earlier judgements of the Tribunal and Appeal court and going ahead to order the swearing in of Uzodimma (instead of ordering a re-run) is not a good legal precedence.

Indeed, the PDP has become consistent and sustain problem of this country. They have succeeded to put d country more than ever before on the threshhold of ethnicity, tribalism, nepotism and religious devide. The Nigerian spirit has been completely eroded. The Nigerian project is death and buried by PDP. The very foundation upon which the country stands had been deflated by wanton corruption. Over the period of four years, the PDP has shown they can't (exception of corruption)survive. It's becoming worse by d day that they can't survive in an ocean ( country) free of corruption. What's happening today in Nigeria by PDP is that they r gasping for corruption to survive having been denied of same for d past four years.
