Thank God it started from Lagos and not elsewhere. Lagos is always best placed to stop it in terms of financial, professional and organisational requirements.

I only hope some Nigerians don't add to the disaster by being uncooperative because they don't like the current government and want to prove that the ebola containment was better. I am seeing contrary comments already on NL. Some don't mind dying to prove a point. Generally in Nigeria, we have an extremely selfish mindset.
Ebola was curtained by APC led Fashola's government. Let them say whatever they like.

My God...coronavirus is in my backyard already...may God help us ooo...I go still pass through this hospital this morning...baba God a beg,as we that live close to IDH have survived Ebola,Tuberculosis etc that has been treated here..abeg protect us from this one too ooo in God's name I pray...

This theory does not hold as they are experiencing in Iran despite the high heat.

This is a man made bio engineered virus. It has nothing to do with eating bats etc, it was accidentally or deliberately leaked from the wuhan virology lab.

The new NCP coronavirus may not show sign of infection for many days then how can one know if he/ she is infected ?
Latest information is that the incubation period may be upto 28 days before the symptoms of COVID 19 are evident.

By the time a person has fever and/or cough and goes to the hospital, the lungs are usually 50 % Fibrosis and it's too late !

Taiwan experts provide a simple self-check that we can do every morning ;

Take a deep breath and hold your breath for more than 10 seconds.
If you complete it successfully without coughing, without discomfort, stuffiness or tightness , etc , it proves there is no fibrosis in the lungs, basically indicating no infection.

In critical times, please self-check every morning in an environment with clean air!

SERIOUS EXCELLENT ADVICE by Japanese doctors treating COVID-19 cases. Everyone should ensure your mouth & throat is moist, never DRY.
Take a few sips of water every 15 mins at least.
WHY ?
Even if the virus does enter into your mouth...drinking water or other liquids will WASH them down through your oesophagus and into the stomach.
Once there , your stomach ACID’s will kill all the virus.
If you don't drink enough water more regularly...the virus can enter your windpipes and into the LUNGS.
That's very dangerous.

the problem is the incubation period of CONVID IS SKETCHY ,the people he got in contact with and the people the people got in Contact with are a high risk right now , the plane he boarded and their passengers all have to be quarantined also and in a city like lagos thats double scary .
