Not even a rural community. She took pics from a total slum. The rest of PH don't look like that. I was shocked at all the pics . Jeez..

I wonder the aim of this thread ..

Why do you keep calling PH a "total slum"?
You sad you were born and raised in PH. Have you your other part of Rivers State?

Have you been to Town, Borikiri, Bundu Water side, even some part of Mile 4, etc?

Don't tell me no other part of PH look like this.

After all, the Op mention PH.
Most of the good looking areas are in Obio Akpor LGA.... ( Woji, Stadium road, Trans Amadi, Rumubekwe, Golf Estate, etc, are all in Obio Akpor and not PH. This is a fact people don't know).

I have lived in Diobu before. I doubt if any area in Rivers State have the road network Diobu have. Though the houses are very old and look dilapidated due to the fact that, Diobu, Town and Borikiri was among the first area to developed in Rivers State.

I hope I make sense. If not, the floor is open for debate.

God will punish you! This is not Portharcourt, it may be a local government in Rivers state but not Portharcourt. Why calling every place in Rivers state Portharcourt. Portharcourt is the capital of Rivers State and it's a BEAUTIFUL AND PEACEFUL CITY.

Stop Painting Portharcourt black, PH is a beautiful city and well secured more than Lagos.

Tell us more about Lagos, the unrest, 1million gang, killings going on in lagos, stealings, ikorodu boys etc. Tell us more about the insecurity in Lagos.

STOP PAINTING PORTHARCOURT BLACK

With all their oil revenue, Port Harcourt still looks like an average city with plenty of ghettos around. The first picture tells a lot about how the oil wealth in Rivers State is being stolen by few individuals. Come to Owerri and see wonders. You would think that should be Port Harcourt.
So u actually believe the pictures put up here is portharcourt.. pls come to portharcourt and have a view for yourself.

You can say that to someone who has never been to Edo state.
There are many mud houses in Benin/Igbobazuwa coated with cement plastering.
This is how Port Harcourt people were shouting Garden city all over the place until these threads exposed the ghettos therein.
like what the guy wey mention me rightly said, all the States of naija get brown roof! I concur!

You are now coming to my point.
All cities in Nigeria have slum areas. The problem is that a lot of people like you are in denial.
Initially you told us there are no brown roofs in Edo state and I simply pointed out to you that even Benin the capital of Edo state has MUD houses but they are plastered with outer cement coatings!

I was so disappointed looking at those pictures. I have never crossed the Niger to the East.

To now be bombarded with those Orile like pictures made me sad.

A true Port Harcourt boy will not show only the bad side of the city. Show people the good side and the bad side. Be objective in your analysis. Stop stereotyping my city. Every city has slums even New York, but be objective.

This is the second time in 1 week that you’re opening such a thread. The other time, you deliberately filled your post with pictures from Bundu and other slums. Today, you’re deliberately posting pictures of only the dilapidated roofs of Diobu as well as other archaic places. Show the bad and the good Mr Chino.

LWKMD grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin

Because of these pictures, I thought Port Harcourt was one big slum

God bless you bro. It's an agenda by South west to keep on discrediting South South most especially Rivers State. I have observed this in almost all their pics and videos.

Why can't they take a picture of Trans Amadi Gardens, Golf Estate, Fortune Estate, Odili Road, Cocaine Estate etc.

Why always negative news about South South from the South West controlled media.

Why does woji enjoy this privilege?

Is it cause the LG chairman is from there? Or the companies are supplying the community with electricity. Cause here I am. The community houses obio akpor LG headquarters, Adp, fire service, police station, and a federal agricultural agency, yet road ZERO, electricity POOR, security POOR, unemployment HIGH.

You see how some of you lie and try to bring PH to disrepute becos of pecuniary benefits... The area you just mentioned now is where I Stay, I have been living for the past 20yrs...I stay Omachi Estate if you care to know...so where in that area did you say does not have Road Network, or Electricity, agreed is not as regular as it ought to be, but don't say what you just stated.

Guy forget all these grammar

I reside in ph(Trans amadi to be precise)and there’s nothing fantastic about there or the aforementioned places. Are you aware of the serious flood in oando filling station junction when it rains?I have been to the 3 top cities and ph is not supposed to be included. It’s a very rubbish and disorganized place.

Ph city is a disgrace!!!

So which city do you think should replace ph in the third position since you've used flooding which is common to every state lying along the Atlantic as a yard stick. You sound foolishly intelligent. Sorry.

It seems like you just learnt how to insult someone recently so you decided to practice it on me,i will not give you that pleasure of insulting you.
I won’t step down my chariot and throw tomatoes with you.

Well, just incase your medulla oblongata can comprehend what i am about to type “I only mentioned the flood part to buttress my point of the few high brow areas in ph not being fantastic”

Don't try to swerve from question. Which city is your ideal choice for replacement before you involve medulla which has nothing to do with reasoning into the matter.
