Initially you told us there are no brown roofs in Edo state and I simply pointed out to you that even Benin the capital of Edo state has MUD houses but they are plastered with outer cement coatings!

I reside in ph(Trans amadi to be precise)and there’s nothing fantastic about there or the aforementioned places.Are you aware of the serious flood in oando filling station junction when it rains?I have been to the 3 top cities and ph is not supposed to be included.
