You've absolutely done the right thing by asking your wife to counsel her, she might not understand the danger of living a promiscuous lifestyle, I believe the counsel would go along way and with that her blood will not be on your head if she refuses to repent.

I believe this incident happened here in Nigeria. In this country we don’t ‘mind our business’ like in Europe or elsewhere, and it has helped us sometimes as a people.
The issue here is not legality or right-to-privacy. The deed has been done, he has seen the Facebook contents of his staff and he is concerned. He has every right to be concerned if you are not!
My opinion dear op is that since you have always been nice to her and even showers her with gifts, then strike a friendly conversation with her, saying that you have noticed she is acting unusual lately. You can even go as far as asking her if she was pregnant because you noticed some things. This may not be entirely truthful but you are working towards getting something out of her. Watch her disposition closely as you ask the questions, and if she isn’t such a street tough girl she may break and capitulate. At this point, you can ask what the problem really is. She may open up to you. If she does, then you can give the advice and guidance. But please involve your wife in the aftermath of your discussion with the girl. And should she not open up to you on her worries or challenges then go all out and spill the bean that you happened upon her Facebook page and out of temptation or curiousity you peeped in and saw what you shouldn’t have. And if she is then forced to open up then follow the same advice/counseling track. Above all, get your wife closely involved.

The advice u just gave the OP can make the girl blackmail him in the future, and manipulate him. The op is simply nursing feelings for this girl, that's why he's loosing sleep on this.. the best the op can do is just to ignore her and monitor her closely so that she won't compromise his business, then try and know who the girl's family is. If possible let her fill out a guarantors form so that he can't be held responsible in case of any calamity befallen her due to her excessive abortions or whatever

well he decided to get his emotions involved, so like u said he should get his wife counseling her, but I don't see that as a good idea because from what the op wrote his wife seems biased towards the girl, and getting her involved in this might escalate the animosity she has for the girl things might get ugly at the end, either the wife maltreating her or the girl leaving unceremoniously. Another danger there is the op might end up buying more than he bargained for, the girl may end up becoming a big liability to the op and it may end up affecting his business or his marriage. That's why I advise the OP to steer clear of her situation and monitor her closely so that she won't compromise his business.. that's the golden advantage of minding your own business.
