Yep, we got all the required training but, that was 10yrs ago. It was funfilled and very exciting.

Discrimination and racism are two different things. Discrimination has no connection with oppression and deprivation. Also, discrimination isn't color based. You can discriminate against anyone mostly if you have contrary views or lifestyles. But a racist excuse for being a racist is skin color. The worst thing about racism is that it's stylishly incorporated into the system by the govt against the minority races. USA is a typical case study
