lol, never knew a man can boast about being wicked, wow. I heard he is not paying civil servants now because they voted Great Ogboru, lol I voted great Ogboru in the re-reun but his campaign this days seem disconnected from reality and are not even covering grounds. Perhaps they are broke too have fought hard during the re-run, I admire Paul Obanua because he is my age mate 38 years old. Bold courageous with the fear of God. I even heard that E Clark has secretlly endorsed Paul Obanua's candidacy and is wetting the grounds for an upset through the Polls. |
One candidate will end all this rubbish, www.paulobanua.com. Grassrooot movement. They are in for a shocker of their lives.

Oh well, your cousins may be eating the crumbs highlighted in the schmatics, lol, Your cousins should try and get a life. You need to see the backlash on status quo in Delta state. I guess your cousins should be wise and downplay their visibility. PDP members are almost facing phobia type resentment in Delta state. |
I agree entirely but it is true and sad ![]() |
OMG!!! Terrific terrifying capture of reality in Delta state. To imagine anybody voting Udughan in Delta state today is like ewwww!!! scum bags, thaks save Nigeria for this chart. Can you make the schematics more explicit with their deputies and cronies, Though we understand that both Elue and Utoama are both figure heads. Lame dog as ever. It bothers me to think what a credible man like Utuama is doing with Uduaghan, Is there something we dont know that we need to know ![]() ?? |
wow, |
Paul Obanua Congress for Democratic Change (CDC) gubernatorial candidate in Delta State spoke on Delta Broadcasting Service DBS yesterday where he challenged incumbent Governor and other gubernatorial candidates in Delta state for a debate. He noted that since his candidacy, all other candidates in Delta state are shifting post to offer the same lofty ideas as his; Free Education, free health and infrastructural development as well as human capital development. He will be happy to have them on the same platform to defend their ideas. The grass root are all gravitating towards Paul Obanua’s candidacy who has based his campaign on issues than defamation of character. Paul Obanua has noted that posterity will judge people and not him that he is in this to help the masses and to close the books on corruption in Delta state and open a new page of accountability than vague promises.

There is no such thing as bad press, she has got the highest hit on NAIRALAND in a shortwhile. English is not her language in the first place and if your minds are opened enough you will listen to her content. Truth be told most of the things I read that are credited to Dame is not her damn words! opposition delibrately branded her as a person who do not command good english and everyone is feeding fat on it. Dame is not that damn bad. My vote for Jonathan still!! go and hug transformer. Enough of this colonial shameful mentality. Oyibo speak cockney we wan bend tongue follow them speak yeye english. How many british people speak Quinn's english ? but we go there for a week for holiday and come back bending our stupid tongues to sound posche without knowing we are sounding far more common than an average Nigerian that speaks clear English. Desperate ungrateful Nigerians who do not appreciate the fact that GEJ looked beyond PDP to give us the Nigeria that we hope to see in future. Perhaps YARADUA would have served you all well and guess all these electroral reforms may not have happened . I am proud of that woman, well spoken or not, it is obvious she is out there supporting her husband to the end. She rather face your mockery than back down from supporting her man. That is what is called dedication. |
This guy is simple amazing, where have you been Paul, something tells me that this guy has got something singing for him in the bush. |
We Deltans are highly admired across the country because of our resourcefulness, that may have informed the saying ‘WARRI NO DEY CARRY LAST’; carefully infused by JUDE ABAGA AKA MI into his song titled ‘My belle O, my Head o!’. The interesting catch about the song is that it captured our sense of pride as a people whilst highlighting the suffering and subjugation of a people; the destruction of our farming and fetching areas without adequate compensation to oil producing communities; hence the uprising known as Niger-Delta struggles across the south-south. It is authoritative to state that if not for the adequate intervention of Mr. President his excellency Dr. Goodluck Jonathan, the situation in Niger-Delta could have been worse. Our dedication to our state and country is the reason why I have stepped up my campaign to speak to us DELTANS and rejuvenate our sense of duty, loyalty, devotion, resolve and strength driven by tolerance for one another to come out in mass and call for 1 MAN 1 VOTE in Delta State. We DELTANS are open-minded people thus I believe we all can align our determination for freedom in one front towards the emancipation of our people and state! The ruling class in Delta State dismissed your rights to vote with outright bravado and arrogance by seeking to STOP YOUR RIGHTS TO VOTE through a court ruling that leaves a bad taste in our mouth that is savouring to taste the dividend of democracy! They said you don’t matter by taking a front page to falsely carry out a propaganda that seeks to disfranchise us from exercising our rights to VOTE!! I say today that your VOTES will count because that is your civil rights that must be exercised towards you empowering yourselves!!! They pay lip service to our developmental needs rather than being practical with set AGENDAS. The difference between my candidacy and theirs is that they are all going to steer the ship of leadership but I will chart the course of a people. They seek to carry out task of leadership without reinvigorating the morale of a people to believe in the lofty ideas of a leader. A king without followers is rather an imposter and a people must stand up and reassess what they want from their leaders. Do you want another four years of dynasty in the making IN Delta state? Are we Deltans out of ideas that we now relegate ourselves to the back-sit of SIDDON LOOK while things go wrong We the common people of Delta State, have a great task ahead, great socio-political and economic task, that we must carry out; by invoking common sense of all to understand truly, who have our interest at heart. No state in Nigeria can make better use of peace than we, however, no state in Nigeria knows better than we what it means to be burdened with misery of inadequate leadership since the fourth republic; where nobody bothers to meet our expectations talk less of exceeding it. We must understand that we are hardworking DELTANS, but the question is: how have we channelled our efforts towards the progress of OUR STATE, is SIDDON LOOK the way forward? What can we contribute to our society selflessly without envisaging our immediate gains? These questions are the reasons why I am running for the office of the Governor Delta state!!! Delta state deserves our patriotism so that we will propel away from the point of economic, political, social and cultural moribund to a thriving entity. Stand with me on the 15th of March as we march to call for FREE and FAIR election in DELTA STATE. God bless Nigeria and the resilient people of Delta state. http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/notes/paul-obanua/is-siddon-look-the-way-forward/140745299326729

A former PDP strategist for the Goodluck-Sambo campaign group; MASS INTEREST GROUP(MIP) has picked up the Congress for Democratic Change CDC ticket to run for Governorship in Delta State. When asked why he left the PDP, he categorically noted that his ambition does not eclipse the fact that he is still working to deliver the ticket of Goodluck Jonathan within the state and elsewhere since his new party was the first to adopt Jonathan mid last year as their Presidential Candidate, thus there is no conflict of interest. He further noted that his passion about empowering DELTANS is why he chose to run now and that he is committed to the development of the electoral process in Nigeria because Nigeria democracy can only get better if we exercise our rights to vote. He stated that only through our votes can we truly deliver the true VALUE of democracy to Nigerians not by whining about how our leaders have mismanaged our common future. He encouraged all DELTANS to join the process and vote for change in Delta State.

God bless Nigeria |
For once can we applaud this government! Can we? Must we always wish this country bad and allow a few miscreants to create instability! Jonathan has taken the war to the creeks where he came from to sweep off all manner of criminality there. Militancy is over anything after amnesty is criminality. The Nigeria Army promised to engage these criminals and in less than one week, they are yielding results. Guess Henry OKAH would have to face reality that this is over. |
I agree entirely, however their source of anger for Nigerian is because government has failed a people time without numbers but I subscribe to finding solutings than whinning. |
Thanks bro and I am really depressed from everything I read about my country. I live and work in Nigeria. I see the sufferring our people and it depresses me. Our supposed leaders are far removed from the needs of the common man. How can we move forward if we have leaders that don't allow reason to bear on our national issues? How? |
I sit in tears everyday and ponder who we are, what drives us and what we represent? Militants fighting, kidnappers are having a field day and government not meeting expectations of a people and I sit in tears and ponder, Ex-military leaders fighting to get back to power and the voice of the common man drowned. Lost in our lust for wealth we have lost a sense of collectivism. Is capitalism right for our progress? Our rich African communal culture is dead, one can no longer travel from the cities to our autonomous societies where we come from because of insecurity. Massively twigged educational system currently breeds arm robbers and cultist and little of those that quest for genuine knowledge. How did we get to this road with many uncertain exits and how can we realign simple moral virtues to fit into the fabric of the entity called Nigeria. In tears and truth that just as Nigeria, many Nations forced to exist as one in the days of colonial greed are faced with the same dilemma as regards to who they are and how best to govern a people. Nonetheless, can't we all find a common sensible ground to continually exist as Nigeria? Obviously status quo appears to have failed. Can't we find a new recipe to our need to become greater than numbers? Where is that patriotic Nigerian that can take us there? Should we continue to write on blogs in anger and not act as that Nigerian that should take us there? Who do we think holds the mantle of leadership? Government or us? Criticism is good but subjectively done be clouds the essence of constructive thinking. Government is only a tool that can help us achieve greatness if deliberately approached with a sense of patriotism. Nigeria is bigger than the politics of today. Nigerians are enterprising people that can become the best in their areas of interest if given a chance. Please write about your anger about this country here and what informed it and what you think can help us resolve this. We are Nigerians and Nigerians we will remain but the future will judge us if we cannot speak out objectively on what we need to achieve as a nation. God thank you for the the federal republic of Nigeria because we are already a blessed people but struggling to find our footing. |
You see that Goodluck Jonathan was right. See IBB's call for zoning sounding off from Jomo Ogbomo's email, see Ciroma's sound off on fustrating Jonathan playing out in this mail. The north which IBB and Ciroma represent are cowards! You may have money but you are thief and represent no moral virtur. Your intention to mutallab this nation because we Nigerians don't want you will not work! instead you will be locked away and suprised that nobody from the north really cares about you when you are humilated from this. Banza!!! |
OKAH says one thing today and another tomorrow. OKAH does not believe in violence yet he is a gun runner. What a pathological liar! ![]() |

What else is there to believe from this guy. Sold your brother for peanuts ! Threw him under the bus because you seek freedom. You are so desperate to sell your brother talkless of a nation? Intergrity wise Okah lacks it all and I don't trust information he is pushing down our throat. Abi south African government are helping him hide something?OYB eyes on you. |
OYB I strongly suspect you are biggest coward of all time who may have benefitted from hostage taking. The law will catch up with you all some day. fu*king crony of a murderer and a crook. Don't even think the SSS is not following threads on this blog. You think you can come here and twist facts. Eyes are on you already. Keep writing. |
Any group that does not affect crude oil production flow is on their own. What does the north contribute to this society than steal and control oil blocs in the niger-delta. fu*king cunts. that is why they cannot secced because they cannnot be economically empowered without the south. Rapid shits. |
Nigerians are simply daft. The President told us that this man was responsible from day one and said it was wrong for him (Okah) and his cronies; independent bomb blaster (IBB) conspirators to hide under the umbrella of a group focused on fighting the marginalisation of the south-south region. Thus his assertion that MEND was not responsible was right. We all know OKAH is a gun-runner and that the current President of South-Africa is a gun runner too. That was why Mbeki had issues about handing over the affairs of south Africa to him. Would it not to be logical to think that the initial efforts made to protect OKAH was an instruction from Zuma a possible accomplice. Did anyone notice that ZUMA was not available on the day of our celebration. If not for anything, Nigeria supported the fight for the end of apartheid and the emancipation of black Africans. He was not there but Thabo Mbeki was there. OKAH is a criminal and should be treated that way and if anybody from now henceforth carry out any attack on any government facility or interest, it is entirely in place to tag such act an act of terrorism because the amnesty programme enshrine the right to seek for individual freedom and rights without the use of force in the Niger-Delta. This of course was signed by most militants as well as Okah, who was released from prison by Femi Falana. Having signed not to be found dealing or using arms to push for the emancipation of the Niger-deltan cause, it is then criminally to see any receipt or message that upholds violent within his domain. To directly threaten the government of Nigeria that our entity will remain ungovernable unless oil blocs are allocated to him and his cronies is another breach of the agreement signed during the amnesty. We all should be clear that an act of sabotage in whatever form to facilities protected under the laws of a recognised state is punishable under law. Okah is a drowning man who dug his own grave and is seeking for cheap sympathy after possibly shedding innocent blood on October 1st. Let the blood of the innocent seek vengeance and make life uncomfortable for all the generations of those who orchestrated the October 1st bomb blast. |
