sodiqapril:Sensible comment! I have always said our culture is our problem in Nigeria. Bad leaders have no reason change their ways |
dragunov:You are making sense here... My question to anyone blaming china is. What was the U.S. doing when china built emergency hospital in 10 days and finished it by February 2nd, meaning they have taken this serious since january and everyone knows about it. Now everyone is saying china hid information. What information exactly did they hid? I live in the U.S. and i can tell you the only difference in this lockdown is that some business did not open, aside that everyone pretty much do whatever they like in the name of human right. The government cannot enforce any law cause it's would be term as abuse of human right. .. that is the price to pay for democracy and that is why Aristotle and Plato said democracy is not sustainable |
fatymore:Ahah, drop your CV |
Only if residents know that this is all because the new world order want to lay 5G cable... sarcasm |
recklesslove:Lol, i don't work in telecoms and i don't need to work in telecoms to know about telecoms... if you live Nigeria, i don't understand why you are scared of 5G... for your info, Naija is farrrrr behind in all this tech... even the 4G in Naija has K-leg ... just calm down, if there is health risk, you would see it manifest first and probably kill everyone in south korea and U.S first before Naija telecoms company think of even having a commercial 5G infrastructure |
recklesslove:The war is about U.S trying to gain competitive edge, they are not against it |
recklesslove:Lol, are you suggesting they don't want people seeing them installing it? Is not like they a using human for sacrifice...lol Telecommunication work is deem essential hence why the work continues. My work place is opened too cause it is essential... Fibre optics cable its been layed all around the world since God knows when, they have nothing to hide... because there is a lockdown does not mean everyone stays at home... essential businesses must open |
Jimbadly:Just like in the U.K. U.k and china tax rate both caps at 45% 4.2 billion naira is not bad for a year |
Here in the US ehn, all oyinbo churches around me canceled church and took their service online. Our naija church dey form holy still encouraging people to come to church like say no be this same oyinbo introduce church to us. |
You need to stop giving her if she wants to keep it secret. If you must give her, pls let your friend know about it to avoid story that touch |
nairaman66:So you are going to ignore the fact the club does not have a parking space and causing serious traffic in that area abi |
I'm not sure if i can call it bribe, it's cost of towing and space to keep your car Based on my experience in the US, if your car ever gets towed based on traffic violation. You will pay fine of 300 dollars upward depending on how long the car stays at the tow yard. You don't expect to get your car back for free and let the government bare the cost of towing and space to keep your car |
Biingoo:If you can roast someone because of phone charger. Killing is probably a normal thing for you. Don't know why Nigeria police is not monitoring comments on this forum. We have lots of murder suspects here. This user is one |
Alexaonfleek:But what if she actually didn't do what they accused her of. There is a reason why police abroad treat suspects with respect. If you justify torturing a guilty person, then someone wrongfully accused of been guilty would also be tortured. These tortures can have irreversible consequences. Let's say no to torturing of any suspect. It's more disappointing this comment is coming from a female Remember.... it could be you tomorrow |
Chelsea defender, Fikayo Tomori has revealed why he decided to choose England over Nigeria and Canada. DAILY POST reports that Tomori, who is also eligible to play for Nigeria and Canada was included in England squad for their Euro 2020 qualifying games against Czech Republic and Bulgaria on October 11 and 14. Speaking on why he decided to choose England ahead of Nigeria and Canada, the 21-year-old said he would have represented either Nigeria or Canada had they extended an invitation to him before the Three Lions did. “England is such a big nation, as well as Nigeria and Canada, so I think I was going to be happy with whoever called me up – but it’s nice it is England,” Tomori told Goal. “It wasn’t England all the way. I had certain people and certain things that I had to consider. I spoke to my family and people that I care about it and that’s the decision I came to. So, when England came calling, it was difficult to say no. “It was just more of a thing I was waiting for a call-up because the last international break I didn’t get a call-up from anyone. This international break, I was waiting for a call-up and England called me up.” source : https://dailypost.ng/2019/10/08/chelseas-fikayo-tomori-reveals-chose-england-nigeria-canada/ |
She deserves a honorary degree from unilag |
Shibaraba:No need to be rude bro. You don't know me, i don't know you. I might be someone you know and respect, you might even be my boss at work...lol Someone disagreed with your assertion that Naira Marley is great and asked for your definition of greatness to know why you think Naira Marley is great. I honestly don't think that is to much to ask. You only need to tell us what greatness means to you and how Naira Marley is an example, perhaps, we might learn a thing or two from your perspective. Thanks |
Shibaraba:Oga define greatness first, then he/she would name one relevant thing based on your definition |
I don't agree with that figure. The agency in charge is obviously not reporting the right figure or the governor is intentionally giving the wrong figure. All established companies and government workers by default get tax deducted from their salary. The question is, is the governor really saying that the total number of bank workers, teachers, insurance workers, government workers and many other registered companies in lagos workers is only about 700k? We don't need to think to much to know that the 700k figure is not accurate I estimate workers working in these establishments to be at least 2-3 million. That is me being very conservative with my estimate |
I will pick tiwa anyday, but for some reason, most Non-Nigerians here in the US knows and likes Yemi more than tiwa. Dnt know why |
thatigboman:WTF you talking about, she was offered admission for this year(2019), i assume the program is a four year program so should graduate by 2023 Our university being doing that since BC |

maestroferddi:An who appointed you to be a spokesperson on nairaland? Twitter is a free to comment platform like nairaland, i dnt expect that you have issues with anyone commenting on whatever topic they desire. So the question is, What is your issue with her commenting on buhari's trip on Twitter? Would you have criticized me if i made the same comment on twitter? And why are you even commenting on nairaland since we didn't appoint u as a spokesperson? |
CeeKay17:No mind am.... OP is a learner |
Though, i really don't watch the show, but the only thing i seem to hear about miracle is sex with nina, nothing else. So i believe the guy must be boring. I am not surprise must naijas go for him. I have come to accept that we are just not intelligent as a group, we keep goin for the wrong people, just the way we voted efe, buhari, Jonathan and rest. We can't just get it right. |
I dnt know why some people are blaming freeze, in a serious country, the police would be the one asking this question, if she was paid to do what she did, then that is a criminal offence |
Joshkid:good one bro |
