well that image certainly needs dry cleaning self... majority of the road projects in Nigeria are of very low quality while we pay about the same amount as advanced countries to contractors... so don't you think we as citizens should call out governments on such practices? or don't you visit other countries and see what development projects look like? what is the use of a roads that start having potholes a week after construction? you call this mediocrity all the states in Nigeria have development? if you still think this is a regional issue you are definitely wrong
