I don't regret being an introvert. I write better than I talk. This Corona period has kind of worsened the situation as I will stay in my apartment for days not even going as near as the gate. I hide even when I bump into people I know on the streets just to avoid conversation. To go out is my biggest challenge. I can stay in my flat for months. This working from home thing, na me e pay pass.

Buh I don't stay indoor. I just like staying alone at one side & observe all happenings on the streets. While indoor, any conversation seems like murmur to my hearing

Going out is stressful too but I have to plan everything perfectly, phone in this pocket,wallet here,ATM there, handkerchief over on this side , can't put too things in one pocket

Going out is so stressful. I'll rather stay home and sleep than to go out either on a date or run an errand(I lost a relationship and brother themed it as"being emotionally unavailable ".
But What can I do? I don't know if I'm antisocial.
One minute I'm excited to go out or pay a visit and the next minute, I cancel. I could just give an excuse that I drank water and I choked or I anticipate that I might have headache.

All are difficult task for me, my parents got scared when I didn't come out of the house for a week and five days �,my very few friends recommended me seeing a psychologist but I just laugh at them.I think being an introvert also has its disadvantage like not making new friends, being misunderstood by people, and most times I find social media boring.I never get bored when alone cause I read a lot of books.

Going out if it is not important, and I can't count how many times people have complain why I don't call them especially chicks and some of my family members

All of them are stressful ohh.
I don't like receiving calls, most of the time I don't know what to say and then it gets really awkward, infact sef I use to have heat stroke
If I get a call, I just look at my screen until it ends and then I send a message, I only pick up when I know it's a customer.
I can put my phone on airplane mode for days, that's the only time I feel at peace

I don't make calls or else it's very urgent, people don complain tire, I'd rather send a message

Going out sef na war, orelse a friend that I really like forces me out.
Most times when I come out to buy something my neighbours will be like you travel?

I like going out more at night.

If u can ponder well on this, u'l realize I av explained what u av written and it is just as a result of typical extroversion mentality..Not to worry, i'l still break it down for u.

Introversion is just the opposite of extroversion, they are both personality traits .Introverts gain energy and rejuvenate when they are alone. Extroverts meanwhile, gain energy by socializing.

Introverts are just quiet, reserved and thoughtful.

Although, some people with psychological/personality disorders tend to wear introversion or shyness as a mask, but they veritably know themselves and they know they are covering up/acting with these traits, they are not in any sense close to anything introversion( Note : this does not mean shyness has anything to do with bn an introvert). You may need some psychological knowledge to really comprehend this. U can read it up.

A world without Introverts would be a world with few scientists, musicians, artists, poets, filmmakers, doctors, mathematicians, technologists, writers, and philosophers. It has been proven by some scientist like (Silverman, 1986) that the degree of Introversion increases with IQ.

Do ur research, introverts are not in anyway disordered, just like extroversion or ambiversion, introversion is a personality trait. "We can't all be the same".

I find this interesting, I do think and make plans alot while i am alone most times and i do meet my targets, I can be very friendly sometimes and people will be like, Is it not de same guy that stays inside all day?
