I have to take drugs just so i can get along with people when going out because without drugs or highness i will just be looking at you, i don't no how to contribute to conversation. This is really making me feel abnormal , i don't even have much friends.

I hate phone calls, I only call when I have something important to say. Making a call is more energy draining than trekking from Mile 2 to Oshodi and if I have to check up on someone, I have to start preparing to make the call for at least two days.

I only enjoy seeing my small phone ring because that one brings in money . On my birthday last month I had to beg my siblings not to put my picture on their whatsapp status but they still went ahead to do it, so I put my phone on airplane mode throughout the day to avoid those annoying birthday calls.

As for going out, I do enjoy enjoy it once in a while, I hang out with friends but I don't do go to parties. Most people find it weird for a guy but my favourite place to go to is the market, especially when I need to buy foodstuffs.

Going out is stressful too but I have to plan everything perfectly, phone in this pocket,wallet here,ATM there, handkerchief over on this side , can't put too things in one pocket
Being an introvert and a perfectionist at once is not a fun combo at all.

All of the above are difficult to me.
My own introvert is worse I get tired of relationship easily at some point I also get tired of myself, you that kind feeling of wanting to be away from oneself. I get that feeling most times.
People rarely understand me. It's difficult being an introvert I wish I have my way �

There is nothing wrong with you, you just need to work on your conversation skills. In the long run, the drugs will do more harm than good.

I don't know which is more stressful.
I think it depends on my mood. Someone could call me and i would stare at my phone until it stopped ringing. But i do pick up the phone when it rings again.

I only make call when its important or call my friend(s) when i want to release all that has been bottled up for a while. Most times, when i call the Latter,i do all the talking until i disconnect.

Going out is not my thing. I have never for once decide to go out on my own. But i do go out a lot because of some posts i hold.

It actually crazy being an introvert bacause there are some things people want you to do like every normal people but as an introvert you see it different for instance, before you see me chat someone is because money is involve, or it is an emergency, I love to call but don't love to chat, I open my Facebook account since 2010 but up till now I have never chat with one single human being on my Facebook account, i don't like, i don't comment, don't post picture on facebook.
I don't have friend at all, from January to December I don't have friend that comes to visit me and I don't visit anyone because I have no friend to visit,
I hate taking picture, hate eye glass, hate chains
WhatsApp nko still same don't chat, don't view status, never change my profile picture for one day.
Dress code zero if you see my dress code ehn you go laff tire, very shy human person sometimes when I go to church on Sunday I don't put offering because am extremely shy person, if I dey church and I wan go put offering and I notice say somebody dey look me na wahala for me.
For my church I have no friend because no body understand me at all, can't join choir because am extremely shy and at the same time I wasn't talking to any one.
I can go and on about this introvert matter above all it is wonderful and very crazy experience I think we should created a WhatsApp group for this introvert of a thing so we can meet new people who understand us very well and maybe for those of us ware no get babe, we go fit connect from there

All are difficult task for me, my parents got scared when I didn't come out of the house for a week and five days �,my very few friends recommended me seeing a psychologist but I just laugh at them.I think being an introvert also has its disadvantage like not making new friends, being misunderstood by people, and most times I find social media boring.I never get bored when alone cause I read a lot of books.

People even think you're a snub, some think you're anti-social. Girls call me homeboy when I was in my twenties, I hated it.

Honestly I can relate with everything that has been said. Going out is so hard for me to do, I only go out to buy foodstuffs in school, my routine is class to my room, then church on Sundays, now that everybody is at home cos of Coronavirus, I only have 1 friend in my area that I visit, just a stonethrow, but going out to work still keeps me sane.
And oh, I hate making calls, if I buy #200 recharge card it may last up to 3 weeks, probably cos I don't have a girlfriend, at 20, I've never had one though.People rarely call me too, being an introvert can be fun though, just give me movies, internet and novels, I can stay in my room for a week!

I experience the same too but if I may, the reason for the text over call response is the chance to properly collect your thoughts. Texting affords us such opportunity.

Recieving calls give me hypertension. I prefer texting.
Going out is a burden.
I won't call unless it's urgent.
On social media, I just view memes. Dealing with people is nerve racking. My greatest desire would be to get stranded on an island, isolated from the world. With an extensive library.

Going out is the only task am finding it hard to shoulder as a young guy but am more free at call making; both.
making new friends is More stressful.
running an errand isn't part of my virtue.
I used to be shy and sacred of rejection but am better now.
I will admit that am partly an introvert.

Ignoramus. Are you insinuating that all the people who made comments up there have mental problems? Really? You are supposed to be educated by the comments and not make you dumber.

Every introvert is different from another, but the two options up there are major things introverts find intruding into their peace/space.

Going out is so stressful. I'll rather stay home and sleep than to go out either on a date or run an errand(I lost a relationship and brother themed it as"being emotionally unavailable ".
But What can I do? I don't know if I'm antisocial.
One minute I'm excited to go out or pay a visit and the next minute, I cancel. I could just give an excuse that I drank water and I choked or I anticipate that I might have headache.

I can relate to this.

One time I had promised to attend a friend's wedding.

I sent materials to the tailor, made a nice fila (Yoruba word for cap), I had everything set. I was anticipating the day.
on the D-day, it was as if my mental battery just ran out.

I just sat on my bed and was like, I am not going again (no reason).
Next day she was annoyed I didn't come, I felt bad too but then I know say I get shoko for head (mood swings)
