Funny enough now for getting close to Seven years I have been using water oh. Tissue paper will make poop stock on your butt hole. It will definitely stain your underwear/pantie.

The best practice is always to wash with water and thereafter wash your hands with soap. It is best using the left hand that you are not using to eat.
