1) consciously seek God for mercy and get born again. (Gal 2:20)
2) learn how to pray to God always using 2 Corinthians 10:3-6 after you must have memorised it. Beg God to empower you to master your thoughts and imaginations
3) Trusting God to answer you in (2) read and memorise Philippians 4:8. Control your thinking energy into what's pure, good, praise worthy, honest lovely, virtuous and speaks good of you. It help improve your self esteem.
4) Believe. This is how to believe: have repeated and constant thoughts of victory you're expecting from God.
5) Be patient and do not give up. Gal 2:20. After your sinful nature was crucified with Jesus; it dies gradually. Never be in a hurry. Pls take note of this.
6)Don't nurse your sinful nature that was crucified with christ on the cross. It may not die on time or die at all. Starve your sinful nature of 'life' . Stop all appearance and actions that motivate masturbating. You may not need energy drinks, deny yourself of watching acts or seen that's sexual in nature.
