Some country their law do give 16-17year to make their decision.

The woman gave no compelling reason for wanting a divorce. She didn't claim domestic abuse, physical or verbal abuse or any form of ill-treatment.
The husband shows her love and affection, gives her a good amount of allowance every month (25,000 dirhams is about ₦3.3m) buys her a luxury car, she goes out to play with friends without the husband's permission or knowledge...if you didn't know, this actually shows a very tolerant man in Arab culture.

Yet she is asking for a baseless divorce.
She is doing this because the court won't ask her to pay the husband a hefty divorce fee if her request gets granted.
