When I applied my bro statement was about 40000CAD and my dad(second sponsor) bank statement was 500 thousand naira with lots of landed properties worth over 300million
My Dad was included as sponsor base on his properties (hometies to me)

No don't bother about that, I suggest. We don't really know how they take their note. Even if they give you one year Permit, you can still get extension. Don't do anything at all

Please the bank is asking for an account number of some sort and the school said he can only pay via a credit card or an platform call CBC international pay or something like that.

It's easy, just go to the bank where you have a current account. I used my husband's current account with GTBank.You will fill the form A, then write a letter authorizating the bank to debit his account the amount you want to pay in CAD. Submit along with your admission letter, your certificate, your school fees invoice, and passport data page (all photocopies). I think in 3days, they will debit your account with the money. Also call your account officer to make it fast. When it's done the rexiot will be sent to your email, you can print it and keep whenever you need to show evidence of payment.

Yes you can use your 6 months bank statement. You can check online basically real estate agents can aid in your property valuation.

He won't be considered a genuine sponsor. What your friend can do to boost your application is to pay your tuition fee. When you provide a receipt, the amount paid will be put into consideration with the available fund in your parents account.
You can refund your friend after application is submitted.

i applied since march 9th my biometrics was submitted upfront. And my medicals submitted later on . but i still received a medicals request on the 6th of June . I have sent the medicals and got a receipt mail saying the document has been received but till date my medicals has not been uploaded and on details of my application it is still showing under medicals we did not receive the results of your required medical examination check your medical exam request message.
