In a democratic world, nobody speaks for others. If IYC and INC are Ijaw mouth piece why then do they waste money conducting elections in Ijaw land when the mouth piece could have just appointed the people's choice? Referendum is part of democracy, it was carefully removed or skipped from the constitution. I don't know why we are afraid of referendum, it is also for the benefit of Nigeria. If after a referendum, Ijaw majority votes that they want to be alone or in Nigeria, anybody wey shout Biafra in Ijaw land should be executed.
