Confused people. What state from South will the president come from? That's always the problem with Southern part of Nigeria. If the presidency is zoned to it, they will find it difficult to agree the state to produce the president unlike the northern part of the country. As far as the candidate meets the ethnic and religious requirement they are ok not so with the south

Every true born Southerner must agree that it is Southern Presidency in 2023 or nothing. North has history of reducing Nigeria to rubbles whenever they take over. 1999-2003 Obasanjo a Southern led relatively well. Did not tolerate criminality by Southerners equally, spared no one. He introduced alot of reforms that the country is enjoying today, established many institutions that if u list them, it will take a while to complete. Yar Adua came and we started hearing of Katsina Mafia, Kaduna boys running Nigeria as if nothing matters, capitalized on the health of the President to bring down the nation until Jonathan a Southern came in and stabilized the system, rule of law and human right were respected, investment in agriculture, massive empowerment of youth through Youwin and SureP. Then they became angry bombed him out of office and brought in the worst of them all Buhari and we are back to another Northern failed leadership. South must insist that 2023 is not negotiable if we hope to get out of the mess created by bandit government of the North, they can do everything else well but govern well? , impossible.
