If you are a Catholic take stoping masturbating as your Lenten fasting. Pray on Ash Wednesday and make God promise you won't do it during Lent. Attend masses during this period and avoid watching pornography or any pornographic content. Even avoid watching music videos. Just lay your mind in prayers. Avoid alcohol and be more dedicated to the worship of God.
