You are just confused about which church to belong to. No human being is perfect in this world and as such you will not find any church that does 100% what God wants.
No human being on Earth knows completely the mind of God. So you better find one church where you will always go and make your faith alive, leave the things you think they are doing you considered not inline with Gods will. If you are in Catholic and chose not to be bowing down to image or praying to Mary, i think no body will forcefully compel you to do so or better still go and establish your own church exactly the way God wants it. Or you can choose to be a pagan, no body has wright to query you for that. I think this world is a free world every human has the wright to live his or her spiritual life the way he or she wants.

Talking about switching... I have also seen how other churches now rival themselves as being better than the other... You see deeper life members bragging they worship God more than living faith or redeemed... So many competition here and there which I don't like...

Its all these things that has just made me stay put in Catholic and not really because I like their style but going to another church won't even change anything...

Its not about the church u go to, its about the individual person way of live, I can learn the teachings of any church if I feel they are saying the right things and not brag of how this church is better than that one

I chose my current Church,OPM because it is a true living church where the teachings of Jesus Christ are fully followed and people are saved.
OPM is a church like no other,operating 15 free schools, free specialist hospitals, free restaurant and rehabilitates destitutes,drug addicts,prostitutes and also sends talented youths overseas.
Not all these Business Enterprises calling themselves "Churches"

I was born into Catholic but after I encountered the Holy Spirit of the Living God. He brought me out.
Catholic is the most dangerous denomination anyone can belong to.
They are perpetually in error but they claim they are in the light.
So glad I am out and I have been Baptized again properly by Immersion not sprinkling.

The first time I visited ( precisely, 2001), what made me stay was their way of worship which was different from the one I was born into.

Also, the type of preaching there captivated me. Everything is Bible based. They don't force man-made doctrines on their members. (At least the parishes iv attended so far).

Lastly, their style of praises was what got me stuck.

When you don't believe or accept Jesus as God, you can never get that answer. And it won't be satisfying to you because you have assumed yourself in a new belief, Which you find peace with. I will say stick with it.

I have discovered that going to a church, you need to depend on the Holy Spirit to lead you.
Many places look like churches but they aren't really churches.
The Lord's definition of a Church is where two or three are gathered in his name he is there.
I don't believe in Al these denomination thing.
This is why I embraced pentecostalism. Deep relationship with the Holy Spirit of the Living God.

I was born an Anglican. My mom changed church looking for miracle, when she finally changed to mfm, we couldn't all follow her because of transport fare, so she asked us to go to Redeemed.
Even when mfm opened a closer branch, I didn't bother to follow her again, that was how I became a Redeemed member.

I was born a Catholic. I remember asking a Reverend Father what “bowing down to graven images as a sin” meant. He was biting his words cos he suspected the Jesus statue would be questioned.

Due to my inquisition, I had to dig deeper. Why venerate Mary? What is really her role? What's the role of the rosaries using the Bible? Can Jesus be God and still pray to God? What are the use of those Holy Sacrament and Hail Mary incantations? Where is Father Christmas in the Bible? Is Mary the mother of God? Very many questions...

I gave up.
