Well I totally agree with your point but one thing you must note is that there are positive and negative criticism.
If a Christian under his ministry criticise him positively positively I see nothing wrong in it , is for a way for him to rethink and adjust his way not doing it like a master and a slave thing . Whatever I say you must obey it, if you are not please leave the ministry . Paul corrected Timothy in the bible.
In the case of that pastors he sack and one when open on sicaul media talk about it. How did he handle the case when he finally speak ?
