(people wey senior me for age oo) when Dem see my Abs, muscles etc no be person tell them to comport and start apologizing that it was a case of mistaken identity, that they taught my mom was the careless mother that let her child wander away.. I was just laughing.. Another example was some village idiots that wanted to exceed our father's land boundary (you know how stupid some igbos can be when it comes to land).. When me and my brothers pounced on them and nearly sent them to Hell.. it ended in apology from them.. My brother, the list is endless... I can go on and on.. Any man in Nigeria forming Woke, claiming male child is not a priority, copying Canada lifestyle for naija, e go shock am.. when he and his family would be intimidated by any slightest reason and most times the intimidation starts when the man is dead, na d wife and female children left go suffer am.. My dad died when all of us where in primary school.. guess what, we are three boys and a girl.. No type of Juju , intimidation and harrasment wey em uncle no give my mom, so that she would be scared and run away, so that they can inherit my father's property and the family would be in disarray.. Guess what my mom said Years later.. that she soldiered on cos she know she has male children and people adviced her too to hold on cos his sons would become men soon and take over... As I speak, my father's uncle is still alive he have grand children sef.. but all of them both him, his children and grandchildren children dey fear us.. When we talk , nobody coughs but we don't interfer in their business too.. Cos Dem know say we dn become Men and the naturr of our profession would also make life miserable for them just with a phone call.. I pity any man wey say Male child isn't a priority in a family.. Abeg help save this marriage. Male sperms have a short life, so having sex as close to ovulation as possible gives them the opportunity to fertilize the egg. Female sperms are longer lived and are likely to be around 7days before ovulation sef. Read everything you can on it and do all you can afford to do, one sha go work  |

You see if you are Yoruba, You would not understand where am coming from. Am not mocking Yourba's but most Yoruba's dont place priority on Male children. Its there culture and an individual thing. Its just like some people, after building just one house, then its okay for them, they will kill there hustling spirit because they are contempted. In my case i have A boy and the Girls. I dont know how i was able to do it the first time, but i want to have another boy. I have tired having a boy right from when i wanted to have my third child, it came out to be a babe, third babe. So when i seek advice, i was told about this Ovulation day of a thing. As a matter of fact, I love my babes very very well. In fact my First Daughter is more Academically sound than my son. I would train all my girls minimum to B.Sc level, but the reality is, in a family setting, there are role for guys and for babes. Personally i dont like putting all my eggs in one basket, having only one son, would result in me spoiling my son, indirectly i would be pampering him because i would be scared because he is all i got. Also when you have more than one son, you confuse your enemy.
Something happened to me on the 1st of this year. i was to load lots of appliance into a Truck on 1st of Jan, 2022, Nor Aboki was avail around 5pm, the truck came early, when the truck driver told he was close to where the appliance was, i woke my younger brother and we proceed to the said location where the items where. It took myself and my younger bro about 45mins to load the appliance, items where gates, AC,Pumping machine etc after loading those items, we then proceed to where i leave again to load the second bash, after loading i followed the truck to where i would be off loading the appliance. While we where moving, something came to mine mind, i have only a son, if it was my son that wanted to move this items, will he start knocking on his friends door at around 5am for them to come help him, then i decided that i really need to have a second son. Besides my son has been begging his mom to give him a brother.
So for you all shouting, its what you give is what you get, agreed, but remember on this same thread, someone said, his father had 6 girls and was looking for a male child, when his father met his mother, she gave him 3 male child because his mother understood the Ovulation thing. So for the ladies dont every tell your husband that, its what he gives he would get, if he then goes outside and meets a woman that understand the way this ovulation thing works, then you would have yourself to blame.

Go to any Catholic bookshop and buy a book called "LOVE AND LIFE" read through to the end with your partner and you'll be amazed on how it's possible to achieve your desired child's sex People of nowadays don't read. I read that book at jss1 when a Dr came to my school to teach about safe sex. So confusing but trust girls. We religiously followed through with the monthly assignments. Before I started menstruating, I had already crammed everything on that book. Later learnt its used for marriage course in Catholic Church. Everything lady need to know about her body is on the pa smear. |

Use maximum loading method
Morning and night sex throughout her ovulation week ie
The 3days before ovulation
Ovulation day
The 3days after ovulation
Reason
The Y sperm is faster than the x sperm but lasts only 24hrs after discharge
The x sperm last for 72hrs
This morning and night sex gives the Y sperm more chances of fertilizing the egg

It took myself and my younger bro about 45mins to load the appliance, items where gates, AC,Pumping machine etc after loading those items, we then proceed to where i leave again to load the second bash, after loading i followed the truck to where i would be off loading the appliance. While we where moving, something came to mine mind, i have only a son, if it was my son that wanted to move this items, will he start knocking on his friends door at around 5am for them to come help him, then i decided that i really need to have a second son. Besides my son has been begging his mom to give him a brother.
So for you all shouting, its what you give is what you get, agreed, but remember on this same thread, someone said, his father had 6 girls and was looking for a male child, when his father met his mother, she gave him 3 male child because his mother understood the Ovulation thing. So for the ladies dont every tell your husband that, its what he gives he would get, if he then goes outside and meets a woman that understand the way this ovulation thing works, then you would have yourself to blame.
It was my friend that advised me about the Ovulation thing, but i was not sure, so i decided to bring it here. Bros ooo, there's nothing wrong in desiring a male child(another male child) in your case. The issue is the way you presented the case 'male child or nothing' and 'trouble fit dey' statements it's enough to evoke reactions. I even frowned and shook my head when I read the write up. Since you people have 1 son already you can also have another, follow the ovulation method and hope and pray that time and chance happens that's all. As for the bolded not necessarily, some people just make love at the right time and there's also time and chance, some have all boys without even trying, some nature mixes it for them. Please whom have tired this method and what is the success rate? I nor get money for IVF, so dont tell me say make i go do am ohh, because i heard its not cheap.

Abeg help save this marriage. U have to meet a gynecologist to help you out on this,it's not expensive at all. I had my two children expecting at least a boy but it never came before we proceeded for the third child which the gyno really helped seriously,after the drug and injection and he gave us a date and the third pregnancy brought our only son. Though the experience was hilarious and positive. |

I have 2 girls and 2 boys and I did sex selection. I have also taught many people and they achieved their dream. It is good to have an open mind and to appreciate whatever God gives you because this is not 100% certain but application of Science.
1. Chromosomes: xx chromosome is for girls and xy is for boys. As Obi said, the xy cells run faster but also die quicker than the xx chromosomes. The male sperm cell can also last for 5 days in a conducive environment.
2. Ovulation in the female comes up somewhere in the middle of her menstrual cycle (if you and your wife are highly motivated, she can use a thermometer and take anal readings to determine her ovulation. It is often marked by a slight raise in the woman's temperature). I learnt that the egg survives for just 24 hours within which it must be fertilised or it dies. Also note that ovulation rarely occurs earlier but it can occur later than the anticipated date. The woman's reproductive system is so tied up with her emotions that if she gets upset, it may delay her ovulation. Have you heard of women who stopped menstruating after a bereavement?
3. Getting a boy: to try for a boy, it is advisable to make love AFTER ovulation has occurred. This will give the male sperm cells the opportunity of rushing to fertilise the egg first. A day or two AFTER ovulation is ok since, as I said, ovulation can occur later, rarely earlier.
4. Getting a girl: you can make love 4 days BEFORE ovulation and abstain or use a preventive method for the rest of the woman's cycle. Four days earlier will ensure that all the xy cells have died leaving the female xx to move up to the egg and fertilise it.
