The reality is that this menace is everywhere, not just SW.. look at Rivers for example where kidnap victims are dumped in illegal morgue when they die.
If I see a 17yrs old boy driving benz, I'd be curious to know how he got his money but some people won't care, instead they'll go about hailing him/her with statements like.. boss do giveaway and all sorts.
