I am an estate agent, so I have been to many places in Lagos. I doubt even up to 3% of Nigerians live in the kind of squalor seen in that picture.

I am also a Jehovah's Witness so in my course of preaching, I have preached to people living in shanties. I have even conducted Bible studies in many of them.

Lie. I live in an American suburb. Those not connected to a city sewer system must have an individual mechanic septic system that must be maintained because it has to pass inspection on a consistent basis. Complying with Codes is not a choice.

I said THOSE THAT ARE NOT connected to a central sewer system. Houses INSIDE city and township limits ARE connected to central systems.
