The leaders of the APC are not fools and they understand the games Tinubu has been playing in several states chapters he perceives may not support his ambition. Using your surrogates to fight leaders of some states with the consequent result of loss of some of those states to the opposition is not the best way to fight for the party ticket.

Tinubu said recently that he will fight dirty, the statement of a desperate man. What he should have said is that he would fight dirtier because he had been fighting dirty since 2017.
