I said,they should take it to court.Whoever loses the case will pay the whole costs incured.
But if we buy to your story,that is deadly since any slum dweller might come to TZ book a hotel foom for few days,then she goes to her room,calls a security,open those ugly legs,and finally cries for a 10,000 dollars compensation for a fake rape.

The issue with going to court is that they will rule in favour of the locals, look at the story of the innocent girl that died in a cote d' voire prison because she didn't play ball with the locals after she was robbed.... She was the victim, yet she was locked up. Let's fce it, she did what she had to, she tried to make the best use of an already bad situation, she almost got raped... She reported the case, she realised before time that it wasn't going to be a safe idea to push through their legal system which involves a lot of back and forth.... She will have to stay longer, in a country where you don't know anyone... You are burning cash by the day and the people will always put their own first.... (Why can't we do same in Nigeria)....
