Let me give u an example, cos am yet to know actually what she post or said that became a blasphemy.
In my WhatsApp work group, a Christian would post something(religious) and the admin would tell such to take it down. He will do asap. Some Muslims would do and the admin (Muslim) would tell such to take it down. But some wouldn't do and they won't be punished.
