You friend is actually very ignorant and a bit egocentric. A woman has no power in determination of the child's sex, it's obviously the man's responsibility. If he gives her a "Y" chromosome carrying sperm cell then she will give him a boy but as long as he keeps giving her "X" chromosome she'd keep bearing girls.
And that's happens cos he might probably have unhealthy habits, stress, drinking, smoking, e.t. cos these things with bad habits kill the Y sperm cells

Wrong!!!!! Follow this and you’ll still have another daughter. Ovulation kits exist, get one! Once you detect ovulation, lay with your wife within 12 hrs. Before then, ensure you have protected sex with her frequently so you always have fresh semen in you. Don’t abstain from ejaculation for more than 3 days.

You need help for thinking anything is wrong with having 6 female children with no male in this century.

Not really close to menopause. She was quite young and her girls looked like twins cos she didn’t space them. The boy’s case was more than down syndrome though. He also used to behave like he was insane. He was also deaf and dumb. There was just a lot going on.
