Did you see the letter written to the UK embassy by the sanator? In it he stated the purpose clearly while requesting for visa for the donor.
Furthermore if the UK law requires no financial inducement, where is the evidence the sanator paid or promised to pay the donor? I don't think any such has been proved.

I submit to you and Nigerians, based on information released so far that it is not an issue of Kidney mismatch, the UK Hospital only used that as an excuse to suspend the operation because all the requirements are not met. The Doctor, during Donor's Interview observed a breach of operation requirements and suspended the operation. Mismatch is just an excuse.

In the Donor's form filled on behalf of the boy, during interview, the response of the boy was different from the information on the form. There is a mismatch.

The only legal place to buy an organ is Iran. It is illegal in the UK and the rest of the world. Anyone caught doing so is guilty organ trafficking. Senator allegedly was caught with $20k cash of Nigeria's money on his way to buy organ in another part of Europe where it is also illegal.

In the case of David - the letter the senator wrote is not proof of anything, especially as the British Embassy have yet to confirm receipt of it. Only the Met Police in the UK can get a warrant to get the UK embassy in Lagos to reveal that information to them, not facebook bloggers.
