I learnt one thing about car gears. When you want to park your car, don't move it all the way from drive to park.

First change to N (Neutral). Engage the hand brake (or lift up your foot from the normal brake and match again. Now, the weight and pressure is on the brake (especially hand brake) and not the gear. Then u can now return to P (Park). All these are done within 2 seconds once you get used to it. It can prolong the lifespan of your gear box by so much. Just make it a habit. Congrats for ur new toy.

you missed a very interesting feature on that sonata. To open the trunk, just extend your fingers above the plate number at the rear with the remote fob in ur pocket. It opens automatically

Abdul, the corolla is not a problematic car. Just attend to little issues as they come up you'll be fine. You can visit my car stand in Phc to compare prices of cars, corollas especially, in case you have someone that needs a car. That kind of journey does not pay in the long run. @4.1m(all expense inclusive) you could have just paid 3.8m here in Phc. Mine is even cheaper by a mile.
