Well, i think it swings both ways.Guys too feel shy and insecure in the midst of other guys, at times this is as a result of outright inferiority complex or issues with low self esteem

Honestly i think it's more common with guys, most ladies i have come across have over-bloated ego.I'v not heard that ladies too suffer from complex in a long time. Good that you guys too have that problem,i'll use it to my advantage when the time comes.

well this don't go for all ladies but for some is cause by psychologists believe that if u are shy in -love u can exist without the presence of other phobias, like social-phobias and  anxiety. which will allow the couples to focused on important things instead of intimacy issues.



now  as for the confidence 90% of the man really don't care this days whether u are confidence or not as long as your decent and respectful and good looking they will pass the rest.

but this issue effect some females really badly leaving them with depression which will them lead to low self -estem feelings.



i just hope many woman will get it in they head, what u see in your self if how other will see u. if u walk out there thinking negative that's what people will see in you. and please don't not think u need to depend on a man for everything in life. man respect woman with Independence coz trust me if anything was to happen in the future u are a better chance of surviving better him.

the power of a woman is the most beautiful thing on this planet but we got to learn how to keep our pride and add value to our self,

so mine advise for my sister be independent and u will have nothing to worry about in life and make sure u feel good about her self coz that 's how other will see u outside.
