Mr. Man, for any agitation, there is an underlying reasons for it. It's only a mad man that will just stand up and be going aimlessly.
Even the most docile person in this nation know that all agitations are borne out of injustice and unfair treatment melted out on such group. Give every parts and sections equal representations or attention and see such agitation fizzle out automatically. If there's anyone hiding behind one finger, you're the one.
