what is the size of the building you want to build with 2000 blocks. The smallest 3 bed 12 by 12 room will take 4000 blocks. Talkess of what I saw there.

On 4 BED ALL IN SUITE WITH ANTE -ROOM, I have spent more than 13 million already minus land purchased. I just received 5 quotations for Pop, I am buying all material myself and the material will be used in my presence (Nejma 1 bag alone is 9500, filas , soap , rossette will be casted on site), the cheapest offer #868000 at 1700 per square meter. Keep dreaming.I am sure you never get land, talkless of buying block.

100 bags of cement for block work, plastering, Lintel and casting of pillars- 450,000

This estimate is block work alone for a 3 bed bungalow

People quoting bungalow at 25m should be reminded that design spec and taste determines cost...op that design resemble design I don do before sha and na 9m.i used to finish it
If it is the economic situation now...hold 13-15m or higher if logistics is an issue

Oh ok for a 2 bed bungalow with moderate finishing, i guessed your budget should do. It also depends on your location as well/cost of materials around where you are will impact on your expenditure.

I said, if you want Gabgi house.... Gbagi people can build you any house with very low quality sand and using one cement bag. And the wood work will be cut from farms and so on.

If you've ever lived in a Gbagi house, you will understand my original post...

I went further to say that, if you want a standard house, you will need upto 12mil.

Abeg, I use God name beg you, always read to understand. So you won't quite someone just for quoting sake.
