I don't think this is necessary for kids this young. At least allow them to start puberty so that the physical changes can be put into context and managed. I don't see the benefit in telling young children some of these information especially without engaging parents as way to smooth out the rough edges in the delivery of this information. I knew about sperm and egg, pregnancy, puberty, etc as early as 8 years old and it was from my parents.
