My boss who travel for his PHD from Jos was sent back to naija because a stray dog over stayed around his apartment and he decided to fley it up for stew and somehow left the head of the dog in the freege for future use but then it was later seen by a visitor and the neighbor who knew the dog, that lead to his deportation back to Jos

I have one rule in my life. I don't kill animals that poise no threat to me. Wall gecko are harmless. In my room, I don't kill them. Someone saw them and was like, they are dangerous, black black bla. One fell into a pot of soup and a whole family die!!! Na lie!!!. The family was poisoned. Animal cruelty should not be tolerated. If not for long throat, I for no dey eat meat. I would have been a vegetarian. I sometimes don't understand the rationale behind killing animals just because you want to enjoy yourself. (shake my head) Africa! So dog or any other creature or even human can't be use to carry information spiritually. Well I think the gecko is spiritual symbolism for good luck and wealth, but here in Africa we are always prepare to kill them because of our ignorance and unverified beliefs passed down by our ancestors. An acclaimed prophet once told me to stop wearing red clothes and that they will kill cat and duck to use their blood for spiritual fortification and favour for me. Previously I would have fallen victim, but because I now do my own reading and studies on spiritual topics, I told her to Bleep off that Jesus already shed his blood for me and I am sure and convinced things will get better, while my cousin fell for her and gave her about 20k for the said sacrifice and so on. Today, time reveals the gap between us. There is nothing like personal research and studies on any areas you're confused, because what you learn personally stick with you for the rest of your life and remain useful once you learn them. Our problem in Africa is that we are empty headed, and not ready to learn, and life doesn't favour ignorant people until they are intentional about their life. Don't be afraid of the man that have the whole money, but be afraid and respect the man that favour studies, reading and researches, although he may have nothing today, but you will be amazed of his possession tomorrow. The reader end up controlling the empty headed people like you about. That is why majority of you will remain slave to your politicians and pastors and the likes, because they read, they are wiser than you and have the knowledge to manupilate, control, fine tune and reprogram you,for their selfish reasons. Many animals have spiritual symbolism, some are good and some are bad. Ignorance has made some people kill the good luck sent to them by life,thereby making themselves as their number one enemy due to ignorance.
